Serafini Caffetteria Panetteria In Milano

When I was little my parents often took me there after the medical checks I did at Gaetano Pini and it was our habit to go in the evening at dinner time. I remember in particular one evening in which the orthopedists blatantly told me that in a few months I would be operated on: I tried to maintain my composure but I couldn't, being around 12 years old, I cried afterwards when ordering at the bakery and the girls At the checkout they were really very kind in trying to make me feel at ease and defuse the situation with my parents. I recently returned as an adult and nothing has changed: I always feel "at home"🩷

Dignitosa pausa pranzo. Voti da 1 a 10: 6.5 per il locale. Forno, caffetteria senza infamia e senza lode. 7+ per il cibo. Pizza al trancio abbastanza buona. 8 per il servizio. Accettabile rapporto qualità prezzo. Non a buon mercato, ma vista la zona si può chiudere un occhio. Ci tornerei? Può darsi. Lo consiglierei? No, però non lo sconsiglierei nemmeno.

Stopped by while waiting for the 24 tram, decided to try the potato focaccine, and they were absolutely delicious! We had 2 to try, and then went back ordered 2 more and a pizzetta and a würstel focaccina! As good as the potato focaccine were, unfortunately, the pizzetta and the würstel ones were just okay, slightly dry. We’ll stick to the potato ones next time! To note, pricing was confusing. We paid 1.30€ for 2, but 2.70€ for 4, so maybe the focaccine do not all have the same price…
