Spent a good evening there. Standing only arrangements. Staff spoke English. They were chatty and welcoming. Washroom available. Had a few snacks with the inhouse wine. Once you are done, make sure to use the garbage bin before the exit.

I was looking for a place to eat lunch before heading to Murano Island after visiting St. Mark's Basilica, and I just happened to walk into this place. The food was displayed on the counter, and you could just choose what you wanted. Best of all, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. I recommend the calamari and the zucchini stuffed with tomato sauce, meat, and vegetables. ^^
I ordered two at first, but ended up ordering more later. It was a little inconvenient to have to stand because there was no seating, but the food was delicious, so it didn't matter.

I was looking for some cicchetti and a beer on the way from San Marco to the Rialto Bridge and stopped by! It felt like a local restaurant and there didn't seem to be any tourists, so I was in a bit of a quandary, but the staff was super friendly and helpful! There was no English menu, so I just looked at it and chose what I liked, and it was a huge success! The squid and octopus were super delicious~~~ I just asked for beer, but they gave me some delicious beer!!!! It's standing room only, but if you want cicchetti, this is the place! Go!!!!!! 😘 (I couldn't get any pictures hehe)

we came just after they opened for lunch time. we enjoyed the fried seafood platter, it's quite fresh and crispy although quite pricey. they also included polenta bread with the platter which was not our favorite. there were quite various choices for cichetti but all came lukewarm and wasn't really crispy which is quite a disappontment.
we had the food while standing. the place is more like a standing bar.

We loved it here. An upmarket bacaro serving lovely cicchetti. The wine options were really cool, straight from the vat to the decanter. A ‘must’.

We ate lunch here 3 of the 4 days we were in the city. A perfect spot for cichetti, and always excellent and fresh. The staff was incredibly nice, even when busy. A perfect alternative to the pushy waiters at the typical tourist restaurants.

A hidden gem in Venice, recommended to me by a local. Although it’s very close to Rialto Bridge, it’s not crowded, as it sits on a quiet alleyway. There are no seats, but you can stand and have cicchetti. I had a selection and I paid 30 euros, for a total of 9 cicchetti.

Este es un lugar animado con una variada selección de comida que se pide en el mostrador, junto con cerveza y vino en el grifo. Personal servicial. Nos gustó su pulpo en patatas, pinchos de marisco y surtido de cicchetti. Habitación de pie solo con pequeñas repisas contra la pared para colocar su comida y bebida. Todo aquí es compostable, incluyendo tazas de vino que parecen de plástico, pero nos dijeron que están hechas de maíz. Abierto todo el día para una comida rápida o aperitivo.
