Ho cenato al ristorante.Locale poco curato, forse volutamente. Cucina vegana per non vegani. Nel senso che ritrovi colori e gusti di piatti non vegani ma rivisitati in chiave vegetale. Come ad esempio il cacciucco o i tortelli il beyond burger. Sapori, sentori e consistenza al morso ti traggono in inganno. Buoni anche il piatto di formaggi vegetali, il vegani pad thai e il semifreddo agli arachidi. Ho apprezzato meno il vegani sushi, la Pavlova ed il cheesecake crudista.

I returned to Sementis with friends who come from afar, some of whom had never tasted vegan cuisine. Luca, Masha and their staff always manage to surprise, even someone like me who knows every dish on the menu inside and out. This can only be the hallmark of a professional ethic always seeking change and improvement, from the dining room to the kitchen. I had very high expectations for this restaurant and you managed not only to satisfy them, but to even exceed them!!! I recommend you try the vegan Caciucco because it is the same as the fish one, incredible and delicious. All the dishes I tasted were carefully prepared, with very fresh ingredients and well presented. The wonderful proof that you can eat vegetables without having to give up any flavour.
