If I could have given 6 stars I would have done so, but unfortunately the maximum is 5. High quality vegan restaurant in the center of Pietrasanta. The owners' philosophy is found in the dishes served and in the ways they approach the customer. Seasonal products, colorful dishes, wine list full of natural wines. Desserts are the ending that everyone would like, a mind-blowing ending. Truly speechless.

Después de probar tantos restaurantes veganos, finalmente uno que nos sorprendió. Disfrutamos del plato de quesos y sushi, el pad thai también era muy bueno. Asegúrese de llamar para reservar antes de ir y probar el tiramisú. No hay manera de que te decepciones. Volvimos allí 2 veces y no podemos esperar para ir allí de nuevo

I don't usually write reviews for places where I have lunch/dinner but Sementis deserves it. My girlfriend and I went to this place for lunch and the menu was vegan brunch. Truly incredible!!!! If you pass in the area, absolutely stop because everything is delicious!!! Congratulations indeed!

I had already been to Sementis with my husband for dinner and we always had a very good time. This time we went to Sunday brunch with our 8 month old daughter who was welcomed with love by the staff, Masha recommended the hummus toast for her and she loved it. We, who had never tried brunch, were truly amazed at how good everything we had was. My husband got the drink in the photo, cookies cream I think it's called, and it was crazy! Congratulations to all the Sementis staff who improve every year and make us want to always come back. It's true that you don't spend much but it's also true that when we go we like to eat well for once that we have so many vegan things available... Finally, the place is very beautiful and well-kept and is a pleasure for the eyes.

Never tried a restaurant of this kind. For me, who mainly eats meat, it was a nice surprise. Unique dishes and all good, we tried a bit of everything in order to differentiate. I was amazed by the TOP fake meat burger!

I 100% support vegan cuisine wherever I go, but I was not convinced by this experience unfortunately. Influenced by previous reviews, I had very high expectations... The cauliflower was the main disappointment: it was not roasted and was placed on a liquid cream on a flat plate. In the vegan cheese tasting, one of the four types proposed was a feta with coconut oil which I really didn't expect to find in a restaurant of this type, and the other fermented ones were honestly not exciting either. The caciucco sauce lacked punch and the tempeh seemed cut and added without much care, de gustibus but I didn't understand it as a dish. The tagliatelle pasta, bread and dessert were excellent, but €40 each without wine seemed like an inappropriate amount to me.

This is a desired destination because it is a place that we follow on Instagram. We took advantage of a slight detour from our trip to go and meet him in person. The quality of the food is exceptional. We tasted their dishes and left delighted.

Ottimo ristorante frequentato da vegani e non. E’ sicuramente una esperienza da provare, servizio eccellente, porzioni scarse ma tutto molto buono. Sicuramente un posto unico nel suo genere.

The most fascinating feature of the restaurant is the absence of a menu: here you really eat "what there is". Every day the dishes are a surprise, prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients. The cuisine is genuine and full of flavours, perfect for those who love simple but refined dishes, capable of recounting local traditions. The atmosphere is intimate and informal, with an original touch that makes the place a special place for a different dinner than usual. 12/12/2024: Excellent food, generous portions, courtesy and top cleanliness. We felt right at home. Very good price. €40 for starter, 2 first courses (plus another first course for a lactose intolerant person), 2 second courses, dessert, cantucci and liqueurs of your choice.

30/12/2024: Good but could be improved. Nice place with quick service (we arrived early). I started with a truly top appetizer which gave me hope for the rest. The second course, a fish in crust, was still good, but unfortunately the vegetable side dish was burnt and I left it all. Really a shame, because the dessert taken to finish was also good. But attention to detail sometimes does not allow the desired results to be achieved. Fairly high bill and not abundant portions.
29/12/2024: We went to this place on a Saturday evening: a welcome and kindness that has been lacking in many other places lately. Attentive, fast service and the waiters are very available to offer explanations and even advice on the courses. Superlative cuisine, tasty, refined and never banal. We had the tasting, two first courses, namely risotto and seafood tagliolini (amazing), the swordfish with vegetables and its breading (exceptional and very soft) and finally two very very good and not too heavy desserts (chocolate cake and basket of chantilly cream and berries). The bill was more than fair and I would have paid even more for the beautiful evening and the quality offered. Compliments!!!!! We'll be back. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
