Fabulous experience at Sementis. Absolutely not to be missed if you're in the area. A culinary delight, the dishes are breathtakingly beautiful, the venue is beautiful and meticulously maintained, and the staff is fast, attentive, and friendly. Excellent selection of Tuscan bottled beers. I would return again and again. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

We had dinner in the small and intimate garden, super delicious, attentive and kind staff. Amazing food and well served, we tried different dishes and each was a delight! The cacciucco, the mixed fried mushrooms and tofu and the peanut mousse were delicious. Absolutely recommended!

In the beautiful village of Pietrasanta, this vegan restaurant will delight your palate. All the dishes are rich in flavor, with refined ingredients and combinations. The staff is also attentive and courteous.

I had dinner at Sementis during my summer vacation. Excellent dinner, from the welcome to the service, the explanation of the dishes and above all, the quality of the food. You can feel that they work with passion and I liked every dish. Special mention for the Cacciucco, the fritto misto and their famous Pavlova. Everything really excellent and quality!

We spent a few days at the seaside in Versilia and I had been wanting to eat at Sementis for a long time. We went 2 nights because we wanted to try more dishes and we were super satisfied! We are vegans and it is not easy to find places like this, the quality is very high, the tastes are simple but refined at the same time, everything is very very good, not to mention the desserts! Sementis is special, it is located in a delightful little village and in addition to the food I want to point out that the guys are also kind and helpful. We will return and recommend it!

Ristorante molto carino e curato nei dettagli. Piatti eccezionali , ricercati e gustosi. Sicuramente uno dei miglior vegani in zona!
Buona qualità /prezzo!
Staff gentile, anche se in alcuni momenti un cameriere ci è sembrato scocciato dal fatto che ordinassimo diversi piatti.. ma d’altronde siamo venuti apposta per assaggiare (quasi) tutto! 😉
Tuttavia abbiamo passato una serata piacevolissima!

Vado a cena da Sementis 1/2 volte l'anno e assaporo ogni piatto con estremo gusto. Voglio però porre l'attenzione su un gesto di cura in più che ho apprezzato tantissimo, in quanto astemia. Sementis ha nella sua offerta di vini anche un frizzantino di uva fermentata, analcolico e piacevolissimo. È stato molto bello, per una volta, avere anche il il mio calice di vino.
