The food was delicious, with many vegan options from appetizers to desserts, all beautifully presented.
Delicious dishes, light and well-balanced in flavor.
Simple decor but well-designed, with attention to detail. No tablecloths (which would waste water and energy) but rather hard placemats that clean quickly.

An experience I'd definitely repeat to try the entire menu.
I was impressed by the quality of the dishes. The healthy, informal atmosphere, with wooden beamed ceilings, gives it a homey feel. The staff are friendly and willing to adapt dishes to the customer's needs, even for unusual requests (with prior notice). The desserts are inexplicable; try them. I also appreciated the care and attention they put into composing the dishes to ensure they combine flavor with the right balance of nutrients. I left feeling full but not "heavy."

Wonderful! Everything was delicious, unique, and thoughtfully prepared. The service was excellent, and the place was truly charming. The ingredients were top-quality and the flavor combinations were exquisite. The roasted Belgian endive, the fried mushrooms and tofu, the cabbage rolls, and the first courses were delicious, as was the "cruelty-free meat," which, for me, tasted too much like the real thing. The tiramisu was so delicious that even my dad wouldn't have noticed it was vegan. It's a shame we didn't have room for more!

Great experience!
I went here with some friends and we were pleasantly surprised by the plant-based cuisine!
Besides the very well-maintained setting, the dishes we ordered were also very tasty and delicate.
The bill was also quite reasonable, considering the entirely plant-based cuisine and the comfortable atmosphere.
We had one appetizer (the bao with ragu was highly recommended), three first courses, three desserts, two glasses of wine, water, and coffee, and spent around €40.
The staff were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable!
I will definitely be back.

We returned to this location after two years, and what can I say? We felt right at home. The welcome was top-notch, both from the owner and the girls, all so kind and smiling. They were knowledgeable about every dish, and when I asked for an "unscheduled" meal for my wife's birthday, they responded immediately and exceptionally well. It was a real surprise! Thank you, Sementis! Compliments to the cuisine, too... magnificent!

We had lunch at Sementis for the first time and had high expectations. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I expected much better in some respects: the sweet and sour appetizer can't be worth €15-16, and on my plate I found 4-5 pieces of raw pumpkin and a few sprigs of broccoli; the same goes for the hazelnut parfait, which was certainly not bad, but the hazelnut didn't arrive.
As for the other dishes, they were good but nothing exceptional. What a shame!!!

It was our first time at this restaurant and we loved every detail!
Wonderful vegan cuisine, excellent service, and super fast service. We ate tordelli and falafel, and for dessert semifreddo and tiramisu, and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!
The only not entirely positive point is that it took us 30 minutes to find a parking space, so if you have a reservation, it's good to go with extra time in case this happens. But being in the historic center, it's understandable that it's like that.
