Le di a este maravilloso restaurante un 5 porque 6 no era una opción. El chef y su esposa trataron a todos como un huésped en su casa en lugar de solo un cliente. Tuvimos la cena de 5 platos maridados con vino y fue perfecto. Todo era atractivo para la vista, así como las papilas gustativas. Incluiré fotos. Al final de nuestra fantástica experiencia, preguntamos sobre un taxi de regreso a nuestro hotel. El chef nos llevó de vuelta en su furgoneta. ¡No te decepcionará esta experiencia de cena!

Friendly staff in a lovely setting. Ate under a grape arbor with grapes hanging. The vegetable soup was actually 3 types of soup -zucchini and carrot served warm then a cold soup-amazing-all grown in their garden but the show stopper was the truffle risotto with truffles found by their truffle dog Charlotte. We also did the wine pairing. All outstanding-do not miss!

28/07/2024: Intimate environment, trained staff. The 11-course tasting menu is well-studied, various preparations, use of "unusual" ingredients which when combined together go perfectly together... It's not a menu for all palates! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try something different and special. Compliments!
23/07/2024: Dinner dating back to 2022. Pleasant experience, in this refined restaurant with attention to culinary details. Mentioned in the Michelin Guide for a menu that is not for all palates. Particular and based on herbs, roots (precisely) and tubers. Homemade butter with noteworthy smoking. Friendly staff and very nice location. Large, almost dispersive room. Two or three more tables wouldn't hurt, but on the other hand good privacy for an intimate dinner.
