We had lunch on New Year's Eve. Due to preparations for the New Year's celebration, the menu was a bit smaller than usual. Nevertheless, there was plenty of choice, and the food was excellent. The Kaiserschmarrn was incredibly fluffy and delicious. The other dishes, like the pasta of the day and the cheese dumplings, were also very tasty. Service was very quick, and you can even enjoy the sunshine on the terrace in winter.

27/02/2026: We chose this restaurant based on its positive reviews, and it lived up to our expectations. Located in the center of Bolzano (unreachable by car due to the restricted traffic zone), it immediately struck us as soon as we entered: if you're lucky enough to dine on the upper floors, you'll see a truly charming setting. The staff was truly friendly, helpful, and professional. The dishes were traditional, tasty, and well-served. A truly positive experience, far from the touristy spots and ideal for those looking for a traditional restaurant, which also allowed us to take a lovely stroll through the central streets!
