Excellent trattoria just before Soliera, we were there on a Thursday evening and the tables were all full, so better to book. Parked in front of the hotel along the road, as soon as we sat down they brought us a small plate with slices of salami as an offered appetizer. Had an encore of very good first courses, gramigna and handmade tortelloni. Second course of meat, I chose the shank (whole) with potatoes and spring onions. The others of ribs and cotechino. He took two bottles of wine: a good grasparossa and a pignoletto. Coffee. Amaro offered by the house. 32e per person. We had a very good time and the innkeeper who went around the tables always had a joke ready. Advised!

Esprimo un giudizio medio, risultato di aspetti gradevolissimi, da 5 ed altri meno, da due… Innanzitutto l’atmosfera che, per merito della location e dei gestori, NON HA PREZZO! Stupenda! Il cibo tra alti e bassi con buoni cappelletti in brodo, tagliatelle non alla stessa altezza (ovviamente parere personale), soprattutto per una pasta sottile e scivolosa, non degna di una vera trattoria come questa. Buoni, ma non esaltanti i secondi: più quantità che qualità… onesto e sincero il Lambrusco del luogo. Servizio confuso, ma molto cortese… anche questo in sintonia con le vecchie classiche trattorie. A tutta questa sensazione di “casa”, fa da contraltare un prezzo un po’ altino e quasi furbesco per la qualità di ciò che si è consumato e la location… In ogni caso, se si è di passaggio, consiglio assolutamente la visita.

perdu dans la campagne autour de Modena,ce restaurant mérite le détour ..rendez vous des connaisseurs de bonne chère,a l ancienne.Tenu par une famille depuis des lustres,vous mangerez des pates fabuleuses, une charcuterie du coin ( Parme n est pas loin ),des viandes mitonnées durant des heures,le tout arrosé d un Lambrusco leger et pétillant qui mettra en joie tous vos amis..ambiance assurée et possible rencontrer quelques celebrités du monde automobile..
