It remains my favorite restaurant in Ortigia! We were here four years ago, and things were a lot different back then. Different owner, differently designed entrance area, different menu. But it was already very good then, and it's fantastic today! They take great pride in sourcing everything locally from small producers of the highest quality. You can taste it! Everything is freshly prepared upon order, and all dishes can be customized to your liking. The service is attentive and competent, and the ambiance in the "wine cellar" is lovely. At the end of the evening, you can buy the olive oil, wine, sparkling wine, or spirit that tasted best and take it home with you. An excellent place for a wonderful day with delicious food and great drinks!
