Scugnizzo Napoletano In Modugno

Very nice pizzeria in the center of Modugno. I must start by saying that I am very demanding and meticulous when it comes to pizza (I prefer Neapolitan pizza, and I always focus a lot on the dough) and I must say that I ate an excellent Neapolitan pizza from them, with a true and authentic taste. The reason why I don't give the fifth star depends on the menu, which in my opinion is slightly reduced in its offerings. The Neapolitan fried food is also excellent. We will be back!

Bel posticino oltre la pizza super condita ad un prezzo più che onesto,una serie di sfizietti gustosissimi come la frittata di maccheroni una delizia. Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell' uovo è difficile trovare posto per la macchina.in complesso un ottima esperienza da ritornare.

I deleted the previous review because it was misunderstood by the owner/pizza chef. Without wanting to create misunderstandings, I express my "non-technical" opinion. Pizzeria to RECOMMEND but... only "one" of the pizzas didn't impress me for 2 reasons, 1 subjective and 1 objective. Subjective reason: for me the sauce was behind cooking (not for the pizza chef); Objective reason: if we talk about the Vulcano with smoked burratina in the center, I found the burratina cold, very cold. And the latter remained cold until the end. The pizza chef told me that to manage the product they keep it in the fridge, and that's fine. I'm not saying it was inedible but the heat of the pizza and the cold of the burratina didn't match well. Does this affect the pizza chef's work? No. Does this discredit the pizzeria? No, it remains an excellent pizzeria. If you don't like the pizza right away, don't make my mistake of keeping it but send it back and explain your reasons. Food is not wasted but if you pay it is right that what you expect is also what you receive. "I wish the pizza chef and the staff much success." I hope the pizza chef reads it carefully because on this side there are no enemies but only customers who taste and sometimes like something and sometimes not. Greetings
