Scugnizzo Napoletano In Modugno

I deleted the previous review because it was misunderstood by the owner/pizza chef. Without wanting to create misunderstandings, I express my "non-technical" opinion. Pizzeria to RECOMMEND but... only "one" of the pizzas didn't impress me for 2 reasons, 1 subjective and 1 objective. Subjective reason: for me the sauce was behind cooking (not for the pizza chef); Objective reason: if we talk about the Vulcano with smoked burratina in the center, I found the burratina cold, very cold. And the latter remained cold until the end. The pizza chef told me that to manage the product they keep it in the fridge, and that's fine. I'm not saying it was inedible but the heat of the pizza and the cold of the burratina didn't match well. Does this affect the pizza chef's work? No. Does this discredit the pizzeria? No, it remains an excellent pizzeria. If you don't like the pizza right away, don't make my mistake of keeping it but send it back and explain your reasons. Food is not wasted but if you pay it is right that what you expect is also what you receive. "I wish the pizza chef and the staff much success." I hope the pizza chef reads it carefully because on this side there are no enemies but only customers who taste and sometimes like something and sometimes not. Greetings

First of all, you start with assumptions that are certainly and clearly wrong for which you draw equally wrong conclusions. However, I believe my reviews are always extremely objective. I chose Marinara with Mushrooms because I saw it proposed somewhere among your photos or reviews and therefore I thought it was your proposal. Lastly, don't take it badly, mine is not a negative review, I would have preferred you to take it as constructive criticism to be taken as advice for improvement. But if you think you're already at the top, forget it. P.S. I'm not used to raising criticism and lighting flashes in the pan, so I repeat, farces you would have been better off ignoring without trying to prove the unprovable. P.S. The sauce must not be sweet or even acidic as you say, it must be salty at the right point when you serve it on the pizza. Good continuation and good life. 👍🏻 A friendly hug

Very basic location, but the pizza is really good and the starters too.

I found myself in Modugno by chance, I was returning to the car after being at the bank to make a deposit, and I say to myself a pizzeria, now I'll get a pizza on the fly and surprise my wife, I order a Margherita for 4 euros (the price is now average ) Friendly staff cut my pizza into 6 pieces, I say goodbye and leave We eat the old-fashioned bonnet pizza, which I must tell you is a fantastic pizza, appreciated by both me and my wife and also by our French bulldog who was rewarded every now and then. I went back and complimented the pizza chef, reiterating that the pizza was fantastic, he thanked me in surprise, small gestures and sincerity sometimes give an unexpected smile. I LOVE PIZZA!

Decent quality Neapolitan-style pizza. The place would need a renovation to make it more welcoming. Table service was taken care of by a kind and courteous girl 👍🏻

The pizza is something spectacular especially for me who love pizza and Neapolitan cuisine, a small space in Naples here in Modugno, I will definitely return See you next time ❤️
