We had dinner in this place during our mini Neapolitan holiday, super welcoming and helpful staff. Spacious Genoese cheekbones!!! Super recommended!

We came to this restaurant for dinner two evenings in a row, the first to eat pasta and octopus, which were very good, and the second because we wanted to taste the pizzas. These were excellent! The wine by the glass was also good. Small downside: the friendliness of the waiters towards us, as French tourists...

I've been to Scugnizzi in Vomero and I can't say enough about it! The place is welcoming, with a lively and authentic atmosphere, perfect for an evening with friends or family. The staff is kind and attentive, we immediately felt at ease. The pizza is spectacular, but the real surprise was their specialty: the tiana with ragù inside. An explosion of flavours, truly unique and irresistible! You can feel the passion and quality in every bite. Fair prices and generous portions. Definitely one of those places I will return to often!

Excellent food, table service with professionalism and friendliness. The display of advertisements or photos on the walls is original vintage with funny captions in Neapolitan dialect. Easily reachable from the nearby metro stop. The only negative point: the difficulty of parking

Siamo stati in questo locale molto accogliente e carino. Era tutto molto buono: tortino di carciofi, mozzarella, parmigiana e un plauso alle polpette con la salsa con pinoli, morbidissime!. Abbiamo continuato con genovese e ziti con ragù ( SQUISITI). Dolci buoni, soprattutto la caprese bianca. Ci ritorneremo per assaggiare gli altri piatti. Bravi!

Locale molto accorsato al Vomero, frequentato per lo più da una clientela del posto. Abbiamo cominciato con gli antipasti (ottimo lo spiedino di baccalà e provola) e a seguire un baccalà in cassuola, piuttosto stopposo e purtroppo non perfettamente decantato (decisamente salato). Peccato perché il sugo non era male. Pizza accettabile per l'impasto, meno per la cottura. Babà discreto. Nota di merito al personale (massimo dei voti), sempre gentile, mai invadente e - qualità rara - tutte le portate sono arrivate contemporaneamente, segno di grande attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Conto nella media.

28/04/2025: I booked the restaurant by calling on Sunday morning, for lunch. Luckily we found a place, but only inside, the room was very nice and well-kept, the only big problem was the chatter, really annoying... which made it difficult to chat but otherwise the room was spacious and bright. Of course, the experience of eating outside, with the view you can see from above, is a completely different story... Sitting at the table, we were immediately served with water and bread, and we opted for the Tasting menu which included the complete meal, various starter courses, a first course, a second course, dessert and coffee for the sum of €50 per person.. for the first course I chose a Genoese, well made as per tradition including meat which was almost as good as a second course! For the second course I opted for the ribs, good, but I didn't like the combination with the tomato sauce.. for dessert I took a babà with berries, good, spongy and tasty. The downside is the car park which is located almost down in the valley and to get up to the restaurant the climb is very steep.. Overall it was a good experience..
28/04/2025: Perfect experience. Spectacular place, wonderful terrace and excellent food. Both appetizers and first courses, even with options for vegans!
