The food in Naples is good, but this restaurant is top-notch. Appetizers, first courses, second courses, and wine are all top-notch. It's been decided that when I come to Milan, this will be my go-to place.

Dec. 2024. Say what you will, but for the taste of traditional Neapolitan cuisine, I come to Vomero. And it's worth the extra step to get to Scugnizzi.
Spaghetti alla Nerano, remarkable.
The cod ones, remarkable.
Pizza, good.
The mozzarella is excellent, proving the care taken in selecting the ingredients. The wine list is limited but adequate. The Pallagrello, for example, is excellent.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can feel the essence of Naples and its traditions everywhere you look. The owners are friendly and hospitable, as are the wait staff. We visited in November this year, and Napoli lost to Bologna, but we were still delighted by the food and the deliciousness, from the seafood and meat appetizers to the first courses, followed by the main courses, and finished with a fantastic deconstructed cannoli, coffee, and liqueur. We arrived at 2:15 PM and left after the game, delighted by a fantastic babà liqueur, kindly offered by the owners. We will definitely be back to continue our journey through the flavors of traditional Neapolitan cuisine. Congratulations!!

A good trattoria in Vomero. The tiana al ragù (€40) is a must-try for the first course: meatballs, beef stew, pork chop, and sausage. We opted for a Genovese as a second course, but we were already full.

We're fairly regular customers, confident in the excellent Neapolitan cuisine; this last time, we were especially impressed by the Genovese.
Unfortunately, they've removed the outdoor seating and pizza service.
The food, service, and atmosphere are always top-notch.
