At Michele's restaurant, everything is in its place, and even my dog, who arrived unannounced, found a friendly place. I had a mouth-watering fried juvenile fish platter, followed by a homemade taglierini pasta with amberjack and bottarga. The stuffed zucchini flowers and the grouper steak were also beautiful. A chestnut flan with goat's ricotta mousse rounded out the evening. The price is in line with the food and service. Would you want to spend 50-60 for a dinner like this if a pizzeria costs at least 25? Highly recommended.

Impeccable service, clean atmosphere, and consistently top-notch food and wine list. From appetizers to dessert, this place never disappoints. I should add that we have a celiac in my family, but they are attentive and knowledgeable both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Highly recommended!

An elegant and refined restaurant. Treat yourself to a menu that varies in part based on the catch. Everything is excellent, especially the first courses, which are from another planet.

Quality is here. If you're looking for select, exceptionally delicious food, a refined atmosphere, and professionalism, go to Colapasta. The food is excellent, the staff absolutely top-notch, and the prices are reasonable for the excellent raw seafood and the first courses we tried (the spider crab spaghetti and the golden shrimp gnocchi were exceptional). Well done, and thank you! I'll be back for more. With a sincerity and satisfaction I haven't found in a long time.

Neat and clean location. Attentive, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Truly high-quality food, carefully selected, locally sourced ingredients. An exceptional selection of high-quality raw fish. Delicious first courses, well-combined, and of excellent quality, especially the spaghetti with spider crab and homemade gnocchi with golden shrimp. Everything was excellent, well done! I'll be back!

Returned after a few years and expectations remained as high as ever! Perhaps one of the best restaurants in Castiglioncello, excellent quality of raw materials, excellent cuisine. Congratulations!

I share my experience, which did not fully meet my expectations, to make some observations that, I hope, will not be taken as criticism but as ideas for improvement. Let me start by saying that we ate outside, the outside part is right on the Aurelia where cars and scooters do not concern each other. Most likely the inside experience is certainly excellent, soft music, in the environment. But in the summer it is natural that you want to stay outside. Our dinner lasted two hours and we all couldn't wait to leave because the noise did not allow us to relax and chat. The director's chairs, this was of course our opinion, uncomfortable for someone who is no longer a kid. Let's move on to the food. Excellent raw materials (and you can taste it) The amazing boiled seafood. The other dishes were cooked with taste and skill but some things did not convince us (the filling for example in the calamari stew, a first course of chitarra a little too greasy, and the gnocchi too too tasty). In any case I repeat they were good dishes and cooked with skill. The only criticism however is the quality-price ratio with the premises made before. The prices, always in our opinion and we are not the absolute truth, are a little too high if, in fact, applied to the outdoor environment which, in summer, is also practically the most popular place.

02/04/2025: Ristorante sito in spiaggia con veranda vetrata dove puoi goderti la vista mare...servizio ai tavoli gentile....preso frittura mista di Santa Lucia ed una grigliata mista di grande qualità , il tutto bagnato da due calici di Vermentino. Prezzo onesto, da ritornare!!!
29/03/2025: Anche l'anno scorso ho fatto una recensione bellissima e il mio entusiasmo è sempre il medesimo. È un ristorante su ogni punto di vista perfetto! Cibi buonissimi e abbondanti, personale simpaticissimo e professionale, bella la location, tavoli molto curati. Degna di nota l'attenzione al cliente anche davanti problematiche di salute che necessitano di accortezze particolari: i carboidrati integrali,la verdura abbondante a inizio pasto per abbassare il carico glicemico, assenza di zucchero. Talmente tanto premurosi che mi hanno addirittura fatto trovare nel piatto il pane integrale in un piatto dove era previsto quello bianco o il sostituirmi l'aceto balsamico con un altro classico. Poi qui si trovano gli spaghetti integrali: rarissimo!!!!!! Anche altre delicatezze che mi fanno ribadire con certezza che è il mio ,anzi il nostro, ristorante preferito in assoluto, nonostante sia distante da Roma. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, lavoro ineccepibile.

10/10/2025: What can I say? The chef, with whom we personally reserved a table yesterday, has learned his craft. The "fish soup" is top-notch. The tomato sauce "soup" has a truly perfect balance between the acidity of the tomatoes and the sugar, which brings them to life. Simply brilliant. Mama Sita, in a nutshell. It couldn't be better. It was just as delicious from bite to bite as you couldn't achieve it yourself. The recommended wine complemented the taste experience positively. We had the soup for one person and shared it because we wanted a second dish. We had the homemade ravioli. That was the crowning glory. The homemade sauce, too, was a gourmet's dream. A Michelin-starred restaurant could add this chef to its menu once a month. Provided the best fresh produce is used. He buys fresh produce every morning, as he told me. So make a reservation and enjoy—it's worth every cent. And to top it all off, there was a lemon sorbet. For the lady at the table, it's normal, and for me, it's vodka and a cafe doppio. Unfortunately, it's not in the picture.
