Our favorite restaurant in Palermo this trip! We went 3 times during our stay. The menu has photos, every single dish. Thats a huge plus and helped us tremendously when ordering. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Pasta dishes are excellent. Mussels and clams were generally big and fresh. Great pizzas. Great drinks. They also made a non-alcoholic cocktail for us that was so good we ordered multiples. Lobster could be more fresh, all other dishes were exceptional. Highly recommended!

I had the privilege of dining in this wonderful restaurant where every dish was a work of art, the flavours were so intense and harmonious that it seemed unreal, from the first taste to the last sip, every dish told its own story and passion, an unforgettable experience, all one emotion

I stopped at this restaurant and the welcome was amazing. We found a vast menu and chose everything typical Sicilian including fish and pizzas. They recommended a Palermo sfincione which was delicious, all accompanied by a truly fantastic Amira Principi di Butera red wine. I recommend it to everyone to try.

oggi il gusto ha avuto di nuovo un nome : scjavuru Palermo , tra le strade calde del centro ho trovato nuovamente un ristorante pizzeria che mi ha colpito cn i sapori autentici e sinceri profumi intensi e un accoglienza che sa di casa è stato molto più che un pasto , e’ stato un viaggio nel cuore della sicilia consiglio a tutti

06/04/2025: The discovery of this restaurant proved to be a sensorial experience of considerable value. The architecture of the venue, characterized by a skilful mix of natural materials such as stone and wood, together with a warm and enveloping color palette, creates a harmonious synergy with the surrounding minimally anthropized landscape. The dining room staff, characterized by meticulous attention and exquisite courtesy, accompanies the guest on a food and wine journey that evokes the authentic flavors of the Sicilian tradition. The selection of raw materials, of excellent quality, and the mastery of the chef, a profound connoisseur of local cuisine, translate into dishes that arouse an almost nostalgic emotion. The quality-price ratio stands at levels of absolute consistency compared to the richness and refinement of the menu offered. Heartfelt thanks are expressed for sharing a culinary experience that was able to rediscover and enhance the lost flavors of our land. We hope to be able to renew this experience soon!!
