This was the best meal we had in the whole week in Palermo. Paccheri alla norma was good, the starter - artichokes with egg yolk was fantastic, and the dessert - panna cotta with salted caramel - was absolutely divine. This was easily the best panna cotta I had in my life (and I had a few…)

In a city of restaurants with nearly identical menus, Scjabaca stands out with a unique offering of creative Sicilian fare. The food was delicious and the hostess/owner very accommodating. They even made an off menu special request for us! It's worth noting that the menu is seafood/pasta heavy with very few dishes of meat or poultry.

The dishes are excellent, the service discreet and attentive. Excellent wine advice, really attentive to our tastes. Pleasant, chill music. A very good address in Palermo, the top of the basket.

Superb place to discover! Few dishes but chosen with love, top cuisine, it almost deserves a star 😉 perfect welcome, enormous wine list, soft music just right... very romantic and above all excellent! We highly recommend

Wir sind durch einen Zufall auf das kleine Restaurant gestoßen. Sizilianische Küche, spannende Kombinationen. Dazu noch eine richtig interessante Weinkarte. Auch wenn anfangs nicht alles rund lief, es war ein perfekter Abend mit netten Gastgeberinnen und einem sehr guten Koch. Vielen Dank für das schöne Erlebnis.

Primera noche en Palermo. Encantador, tranquilo. Recinto histórico. Cálida bienvenida a un espacio pequeño, decorado de forma sencilla. Interesante menú incluía una página separada de especiales diarios. Los tres tuvimos una comida realmente encantadora. Tres entrantes, tres principales y un pudín, además de agua y una botella de buen vino blanco (Trebbiano) llegaron a 140€ que consideramos excelente relación calidad-precio. Buen servicio, amable también.

20/05/2025: the menu needs to be downloaded to your phone, and it's inconvenient because you need to translate words in an electronic translator, it takes a lot of time and memory on your phone. the waiter is wonderful. but we had a birthday and there was no congratulatory piece of cake, there was nothing, it's strange in the restaurant business. and there is nothing for people who don't eat meat and fish. but we liked it 🥰
