Restaurant run by kids, but with a certain level of menu.
Traditional dishes, but also refined ones (e.g. gnocchi with pumpkin cream, clams and black truffle).
Good location, even with outdoor space, and fast and friendly service.
I only came across it for lunch on weekdays, so I don't know if it's better to book, if in doubt I would.
Parking without problems.

In lentini there is this pearl. Open for lunch and dinner, the food is very good.
Open kitchen, menu with meat and fish options as well as pinsa.
Proportionate prices.
Very welcoming, young and hospitable owners.
I recommend the gnocchi with orange sauce, clams and anchovy sauce. A bomb of taste.

While the nature of this profile is purely ironic, the review I am leaving today expresses the truth.
Scivù, hands down, is the best restaurant in all of Lentini and Carlentini.
Without mentioning the names of other gastronomic realities, Scivù has no rivals.
From the quality to the freshness of the products.
From variety to changing the menu, so as to never have monotony.

Abbiamo scelto la splendida Sicilia orientale per il nostro Capodanno 2024. SCesi a Catania ci dirigiamo verso lSiracusa e passando per Lentini scopriamo Scivu'.
Alessandra, uno dei proprietari ci accoglie con cortesia e professionalità facendoci sentire ospiti di rilievo.
Pranziamo in veranda e accettiamo i suoi preziosi consigli sulle pietanze che poi ci ha servito. Ottima una bruschetta ai ciliegini con pesto di basilico e ricotta salata che ci ha preparato lo stomaco per delle pappardelle con cardoncelli, salsiccia gorgonzola e finocchietto con pasta fatta in casa da leccarsi i baffi.
A seguire guancia e lingua stracotte al vino rosso su purea con salsa agli aromi verdi, il tutto annaffiato da un ottimo Etnea Bianco.
Davvero una bella armonia di sapori.
Conto senza sorprese, 25 euro a testa e caffé offerto dalla casa. Che dire ne esistessero di posti così dalle mie parti......
Non potevamo iniziare meglio il nostro tour !

Traveling in splendid eastern Sicily we discover Scivu. Excellent welcome from Alessandra who made us feel like important guests. We have lunch on the veranda and listen to his precious advice on the dishes he then served us. An excellent bruschetta with cherry tomatoes with basil pesto and salted ricotta prepared our stomachs for some pappardelle with gorgonzola sausage and fennel with mouth-watering homemade pasta. Followed by overcooked cheek and tongue on puree with green flavored sauce, all washed down with an excellent local wine. A harmony of flavors. Bill without surprises, 25 euros each and coffee on the house. What can I say, there are places like this in my area......These guys are really good... to a great extent!!!!
