If you want to try fruit similar to Gedric Grolet's, this is definitely the place to go. The craftsmanship and taste are truly superb! And it comes at a price. I paid €11.50 for two pieces.
The variety of artisanal sweets is indescribable, the realistic fruit is excellent

Champagne is a guarantee of goodness, top-quality ingredients, and friendliness.
Their breakfast pastries are sublime, and their pastries and single-serving desserts are always fresh and superb. But today I wanted to try their gelato, and I really deserve a million compliments because today I had strawberry gelato that truly tasted like strawberries—a true example of true, sincere, Sicilian craftsmanship!

The brioche was excellent, not the usual brioche from a gelato shop, but the authentic granita brioche found on the southeastern coast of our beloved Sicily.

I think that, after the single-serving white chocolate and raspberry mousse, your strawberry gelato will become a real must-have for my summer, and beyond.

Best pastries in Palermo by far. The sugar is perfectly balanced and the chocolate is executed to perfection. A true rival to Parisian pastry shops. The tiramisu is a must-try thanks to its originality and delicious flavor. I also tried the mango one (a success! Extremely fine white chocolate, a light mousse, and a well-made fruit compote), a chocolate one whose name I've forgotten but which was absolutely delicious, and the hazelnut one, which was very good, though the salted caramel throws the cake off balance a bit by making it too sweet; the hazelnut, however, is very present and delicious. That's it. Next up: trying the pistachio one and the viennoiseries! Also the staff was very welcoming, friendly and patient–thank you :)

A very beautiful and inviting pastry shop; the products on display are beautiful, inviting, and delicious.
I've had breakfast twice, mixing various products, and they're all fresh and fluffy.
The staff is friendly and fast.
Recommended for breakfast, a snack, or take-out desserts.
