Simple Sicilian food, very well prepared. At first glance it looks like one of these touristic restaurants but the food is truly delicious here. I had caponata and grilled octopus. My friends pasta dishes. Everything was really good. Also the restaurant has a lot of space and a backyard with outdoor seatings. It is convenient if you are a bigger group.

In front of the restaurant Cristiano, with his professionalism and friendliness, captures the attention of passers-by and welcomes customers..to order we relied on the owner. We ordered a caponata, arancini, tagliolini with clams and a fried food. We ate very well. I will recommend this place and, if we return to Ortigia (soon because we liked it so much), we will gladly return to eat here also for the excellent Quality/price ratio. The owner also gave us a gift of a print, very kind

Nice terrace and good food. Cristiano is super nice and friendly. The tuna steak in pistachio crust is very tasty, only I would have accompanied it with some vegetables in addition to the pepper sauce. The only downside is the cover charge. €7 seems too much to me.

A wonderful place, the food was excellent and Mr. Paolo was an excellent adviser. I absolutely recommend it.

Nice place, near Piazza Duomo, where I always like to go with family and friends, for lunch or dinner. Equipped with both an internal room with air conditioning and a garden. Among the seafood dishes I recommend the seafood grill as well as the tasting (of seafood)., The octopus with potatoes is also very good. Even the fresh pasta dishes are prepared with care and very tasty. We tasted and enjoyed the ravioli filled with burrata in tomato and shrimp sauce, the paccheri with swordfish and aubergine cubes, the spaghetti with clams. Among the appetizers there is the possibility of ordering the "arancini". A plate that contains 3 medium-sized arancini, served on a bed of salad. The arancini have different fillings: aubergine, pistachio and sauce. Really very good: to try. The atmosphere is always very friendly and respectful of the customer The service is professional. The bill is normal. In my opinion, an excellent quality-price ratio considering both the proximity to Piazza Duomo, the quality of the raw materials used and their preparation in the dish that is served at the table.

For several years we have been taking our holidays in Sicily, often passing through Syracuse with its enchanting Ortigia. We had dinner at this restaurant by chance, finding impeccable and quality food, staff and service, so much so that it is always pleasant to return. The best meal in Sicily so far. From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent! Fresh homemade pasta, and upon request, they even had pizza, even though it wasn't on the menu. It was brought in for us from the neighboring restaurant.

Cibo ottimo e abbondante, ingredienti di qualità, locale accogliente, servizio impeccabile. Questa esperienza culinaria è stata molto positiva e ha lasciato il segno! Forse si spende qualcosa in più (ma non più di tanto) rispetto alla media, ma vale assolutamente la pena assaggiare le prelibatezze che propone. Credo sia uno dei migliori ristoranti della zona...o della Sicilia! Non solo un pranzo, ma un'emozione! Complimenti!

La sera del primo gennaio gran parte dei ristoranti erano chiusi e in altri c'era una gran coda. Sono entrato in questo per caso, camminando per Ortigia, è stato il primo dove ho trovato posto senza attendere. Ho mangiato molto bene a base di pesce: tagliolini fatti in casa in bianco con pesce e un tonno in crosta di pistacchio. Entrambi eccellenti Vino della casa di buona qualità Prezzi onesti
