An authentic and warm experience in this delicious gastronomy of the island. The staff is super: welcoming, smiling and always ready to advise with passion. The recipes are the real ones, handed down, that tell the local tradition in every bite. Excellent food, perfect flavors, careful preparations and very fresh ingredients.
You can enjoy everything to take away or sit at the small tables available and let yourself be carried away by the convivial atmosphere ... perhaps singing along with the very friendly chef! A must-see for those who want to taste the real Favignana

A little gem hidden in the alleys of Favignana, found a bit by chance chasing arancine, home cooking made with passion by competent, young and sunny people! Ate two arancine, panelle and caponata, the only flaw the latter a bit cold! Thanks for the beautiful experience!

Scialae is a true gem! An exceptional place where you immediately perceive the love and passion with which the dishes are prepared, all freshly prepared and freshly cooked. We had dinner and enjoyed some delicious arancine with meat sauce and the classic cazzilli (potato croquettes), fragrant and tasty. Congratulations indeed, well done guys! Keep it up!

Exquisite dishes, kindness of the staff in the kitchen, honest prices. It's a small take-away place but if you want there are a couple of tables to eat on the spot. A must try during your stay on the island

What can I say, VERY GOOD. The most authentic place I ate in Favignana... typical cuisine, they have a wide choice of first courses, second courses, all very fresh. Not the usual "tourist" place you find in the center.... It's worth stopping by several times, so you can taste everything!!! Highly recommended….

A few steps from our B&B we decide to try this gastronomy on the advice of our friends. Everything is freshly prepared, very clean open kitchen. We had an octopus salad, scialatelli alla norma and tuna meatballs. The food was excellent, but the added value is the staff, very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!
