A few steps from our B&B we decide to try this gastronomy on the advice of our friends. Everything is freshly prepared, very clean open kitchen. We had an octopus salad, scialatelli alla norma and tuna meatballs. The food was excellent, but the added value is the staff, very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Super cool guys. Had a great meal with arancini, fried aubergines and cazzilli. So much so that we returned the following day for a bomb parmigiana and baked anelletti. Even more important is the choice of music 🎶 you are great!!

If you are looking for a place to eat GOOD food, even very good, this is the right place! We had two consecutive lunches in this small place in the streets of the centre
Fish couscous, the best I've ever eaten! Arancini with ragù, swordfish, all freshly made!
Very fast service despite the amount of people.
Very high quality food and more than honest prices. Super friendly and kind staff. 5 stars are not enough! Anna and Andrea ❤️

We found Scialae thanks to some excellent reviews and, driven by curiosity, we tried their cuisine. A real delight, so much so that we returned 2 evenings in a row to try other dishes.
The place is small with some seats, but it is possible to take away.
The open kitchen is a great sight and the two guys are super organised, good and fast.
We tasted the arancini with ragù (amazing, perhaps the best ever eaten), the baked anelletti, the parmigiana, the panelle, the busiatta alla trapanese.
The cuisine is real, homemade, enjoyable.
The portions are generous and the price is great.
Congrats to the guys for their cooking!
