Don't go on Saturdays or public holidays, they are unable to handle reservations. The pizzas are good. The desserts are good... the rest is normal.

We are visiting from California and some friends that live locally brought us here after raving about it. Great staff, cold beer, local atmosphere and of course great wood oven pizza. One of the best local places we have been to after traveling in Italy the last 3 months. And don’t forget to order the house special dessert cannoli!

Whatever you decide to eat, it will be a success! Excellent pizzas, delicious appetizers, first courses all freshly prepared and very fresh fish and delicious desserts! What more can you say?! Excellent and highly recommended! Tonight I ate a nice salted fish with a side of asparagus, I would say delicious!😋 Highly recommended!

Pizzarestaurant aan de Via Nizza 29 , Borgo Foce Imperia waar wij via de via de Passagio defilé Innamorati naar toe wandelden.
Eerdere lectuur leerde ons dat in 1983 daar Salvatore Saiola de beste Europese Pizzaoilo van het jaar was.
Gezien vandaag de zoon deze rol vervulde hadden we grote verwachtingen.
We namen als voorgerecht Antipasta di Mare en vervolgens Pizza 4 Stagione en Pizza Prosciutto e Fiore di Zucca met een Rossese.
We zaten vlak bij de open keuken en de houtoven en konden perfect zien hoe alles in zijn werk ging.
De pizza’s waren echt fantastisch, perfect gebakken met een hemelse luchtige deeg.
De zoon had zoals verwacht veel opgestoken van vader.
Onze toch wel hoge verwachtingen werden ruimschoots ingelost.
Als we de kans zien komen we hier zeker terug, het pizza bakken is hier een echte kunst.
