One of the best pizzerias in Imperia. Not only that, they have excellent fresh fish, and the pasta dishes are also excellent.
Not to mention the delicious homemade desserts.
NOTE: They have fantastic MESSINA BEER on tap! Fantastic.

One of the best, if not the best, restaurants on the Imperia seafront. Quality, service, courtesy... and a cuisine with attention to detail make it the perfect setting if you want to enjoy a top-notch dinner by the sea... 10 to the waiters.

Stopped by this town to have a quick dinner, decided to give this place try. Food tasted home made and fresh, staff were friendly and spoke English, and the portion sizes were very generous.

It's true that there's always a first time:
I've lived in Imperia for almost twenty years and I've never been to the Xabecco. A place that carries a long trail of both good and bad things.
My first time, let's say, wasn't like my first fuck (and thank goodness I might add).
Let's say it was a bit like going to bed with a N£[gr]0 trans and discovering his talents at the crucial moment. A surprise in every sense. But back to the kitchen.
Inside it's quite nice, with the wood-fired oven in full view. In short, quite well-kept. I say quite because in the center of the room, there was a display case with some not very encouraging appetizers inside. I have this unforgettable memory, of those eggplant parmigiana, with a color tending towards yellow/desert sand.
The time to order arrives and a boy with almond-shaped eyes and a color tending towards dark who seemed very smart approaches us.
Maybe too much. If there had been any Eskimos, he would have managed to sell them some ice as a souvenir. Just to be clear, as an appetizer - there were 8 of us - we wanted three tubs of chips and a Margherita to split into 8 slices, when, the friend from the Forest of Flying Daggers, with a superior tone expressed his opinion, taking advantage of the moments of indecision at the table to add an additional chip, an additional Margherita pizza and if I'm not mistaken two additional sparkling waters to the goodness we had ordered.
Let's move forward in time by a good 45 minutes, after having ordered the pizzas that we would have consumed during dinner and a portion of pasta with pesto that arrives about 10 minutes after the pizzas.
Description of the pasta (hold on tight):
Pasta in white with the obvious spoonful of pesto on top (strictly bought). Pasta not even turned. Crazy stuff. Probably not even the n€[gr]_1 of K0[ng}0 would have eaten it instead of the sca_ra_fagg1 (I assume a typical dish).
We eat dinner: the pizzas had a rather good and well-cooked dough, even if probably left in a bain-marie in oil for at least half an hour.
The desserts disappointed my expectations a bit.
Sicilian Cassata: simply horrible.
According to the waiter from before, it was supposed to be handmade by the owner of Sicilian origin. Unfortunately, things went badly for him that evening, since the Sicilian was sitting at the table and is now also writing the review. A small reflection as a consumer: I accept that the cassata is not good, since we are a thousand km from its place of origin, but at least don't come and tell us the story of the aubergines and kiwis. There are many small details, which however at the end of the circus, make the difference between stopping with the car and going to dinner, or going straight towards Bussana Vecchia and going to T-ran_{s}.
Price: about 140 euros without wines or strange things. Only three desserts.

Locale spartano molto frequentato che si trova sull’Aurelia. La pizza è buona e digeribile ma poco salata per i miei gusti. Quella ai carciofi freschi va per la maggiore. Il dolce della casa con i frutti di bosco e’ molto buono. Proprietari simpatici ambiente informale. Prezzo 22€ a testa ( pizza dolce e birra)

Delicious pizzas and mussels, fresh and well-tapped draft beer. It was my first time going there and I will go back often. The brunette girl with long hair who served us at the table was kind, helpful and professional.
