Sciabecco In Imperia

I had wanted to try this pizzeria for a long time, because it had been recommended to me several times for the quality of the pizza. So, on Saturday night, I decided to go and try it. I have to be honest: the pizza didn't seem anything special to me. It was a normal pizza, but not good enough to make me want to go back. Also, the menu didn't offer a lot of choices. As for the place, I found it quite nice, but I was quite surprised by the style of one of the people who were serving the tables, I don't know if it was the waitress or the owner. Her clothing seemed completely inappropriate to me. Obviously, everyone is free to dress as they want, but in a restaurant, where they serve customers of all ages, including children and teenagers, I think there is a minimum of decorum to respect. Also, she had a thick head of loose hair and, while she was carrying the pizzas to the tables, she was playing with them with her fingers, which I found really unhygienic. Moving on to the food, I also tried a dessert: a coconut and chocolate cake, which was really good, and a house cup with fruit and custard, also very tasty. The bill seemed quite reasonable to me: for two pizzas, two desserts and drinks we paid about €40, a fair price. Personally, I don't think I'll go back, but I still recommend trying it to get an idea.

From the outside the place isn't too inviting to come in but inside it's nice and above all the food is very good, light and good pizza, same goes for the mussels... excellent service and good prices

Historic pizzeria on the Aurelia, convenient parking nearby, good pizza dough, very rich in ingredients. Standard cuisine, pleasant flavors and well-cooked food. Informal but professional service. Maybe too many tables with a cacophony of noise when the place is full. All in all I recommend it wholeheartedly

Legendary: authentic, typically Italian restaurant in the truest sense of the term, from the welcome to the food...! Extremely fresh fish cooked impeccably (the fried calamari is unmissable), tasty vegetables, excellent gnocchi, exquisite desserts. Mix of Sicilian and Ligurian tradition. Valid and correct quality/quantity/price ratio. Cristina... top!

I ordered the penne alla xabecco and they were a tasty discovery. My wife enjoyed a 4 seasons pizza and was not disappointed. It is the first time we have frequented it and we will gladly repeat the experience.

Very very good pizza and really at very attractive prices. And the dessert at 6€ is sooo good. Lots of people for a weekday.

Don't go on Saturdays or public holidays, they are unable to handle reservations. The pizzas are good. The desserts are good... the rest is normal.

Di passaggio ,ci siamo trovati nel ristorante all ora di punta della cena.Il ristorante era pieno ma i proprietari ci hanno accolto in modo molto gentile e professionale,riservandoci subiti un tavolo per due al centro della sala.Il servizio celere e impeccabile;la qualità dei prodotti molto buona e il prezzo adeguato..Lo consigliamo e sicuramente ritorneremo.
