Schietto's may be an easy-going kitchen, but a decidedly happy one! The place is intimate and familiar with attention to detail, the menu is Roman but open to various interpretations, the staff is kind, friendly and smiling. Which is less and less obvious. Highly recommended!

Fantastic restraunt, we loved it that much we ended up visiting twice in our long weekend trip. The food is excellent and the staff are so friendly and so attentive. We would definitely recommend.

Very nice place, I recommend you try it. They have some really good first courses. I will return to try the second courses which look very good to me. The choice of wines is also excellent. The welcoming and very intimate atmosphere. Also worth trying outside. I went back and found it improved. Compliment

Provata a pranzo in giorno feriale, ambiente informale con tavolini rustici senza tovaglia di tessuto. Locale poco riscaldato. Piatti nella media - carciofo alla giudia, gricia con carciofi croccanti e costolette d’agnello con cicoria. Piatti mediamente buoni, ma prezzi troppo elevati in relazione all’ambiente e alle proposte del menù

Siamo appena andati via dal ristornate, nulla da dire siamo stati benissimo, personale simpatico e locale accogliente.. Cibo super 💪👌👍
