The location is charming and the food is very good. However, the service is rather slow and disorganized, perhaps due to the small staff who have to rush around so much!

A wonderful experience in the city, home to Slow Food, Cheese, and the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo. A well-kept historic center with elegant shops, the Palazzo Traversa, beautiful churches, and above all, many 17th- and 18th-century buildings, jewels of Piedmontese Baroque. The great architects of the House of Savoy, Guarini and Vittone, left their indelible mark on the town's splendid palaces and churches.
The old market wing on Corso Garibaldi has fortunately been preserved; today it houses the earth market on the third Sunday of each month. Where the fish market used to be, La Bula has found its place, an elegant restaurant beloved by gourmets who love seafood. In place of the historic Osteria Garibaldi, this restaurant offers Tuscan specialties and a "quantum basta" bistro offering local cuisine.
A friend and I took the opportunity to exchange New Year's greetings for a moment of conviviality and a taste of a different cuisine.
We hadn't booked, but they greeted us with a smile and showed us to our table. The setting is simply and tastefully decorated, reminiscent of Tuscan taverns. Two menus are offered, featuring both Tuscan and local cuisine. We put off tasting the schiacciate until next time. Our friend chose a warm vegetable flan with cacio e pepe and the pappardelle with wild boar ragù. I tried the fantastic pici cacio e pepe and the lampredotto with beans. A glass of excellent Barbera and two coffees completed the meal. Service was prompt, and the staff were friendly and professional, with a genuine sense of hospitality. The price was fair for the quality of the food, location, and ambiance (€62.50 total for two people). I didn't see the wine list attached to the menu, but I probably just had to ask for it. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Excellent Tuscan osteria! Warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and always smiling staff. The schiacciate are truly spectacular: fragrant, filled with quality ingredients, and served in generous portions. The food is good, the atmosphere is great, and you'll immediately want to return. Highly recommended!

We wanted to try something different in Piedmont – unfortunately, they only had the usual menu. At least I managed to "fight" for a lampredotto – the first I've ever had. It wasn't bad at all! The service was really very attentive!

The schiacciate were delicious, served with fantastic bread. I found the service really slow and the quality/price ratio not exactly good, especially for the platters.
