Schiacciala In Bra

The restaurant is on the main street. Tables with red checkered tablecloths and plastic. Overall nice. We arrived hungry in the evening. The start was promising. We received a delicious antipasti salad with excellent crostini that went great with delicious prosecco and an excellent red beer on tap. The disappointment came with the second course. I ordered a hamburger that was reasonable and served with potato wedges that arrived cold. My wife ordered scolpini, which was prepared with far too much flour, the taste of which overpowered the dish, and served with potato cubes that arrived undercooked. We called the waitress over and explained that the dish was inedible. My wife asked for a hamburger instead. The hamburger arrived quite quickly, but it seems that due to the pressure to serve it quickly, it arrived almost raw and was inedible. In the end, they did not charge us for my wife's hamburger, which is the minimum required in such places. In conclusion: there are good products. There is a good will to provide service. You need to learn to ask at what level of grilling the hamburger should be prepared. And you may need to hire a cook with a better understanding of preparing meats.

Spectacular platters, exquisite pici... very kind staff, excellent location... those who haven't been there yet don't know what they've missed...

Excellent food and excellent value for money

Cozy Tuscan tavern, with specialties such as pici alla livornese, lampredotto. Try the truly delicious and light Schiacciata, especially the Batistuta. Service a little cumbersome, needs improvement. Average prices.

Guys, beautiful place, you eat well and you spend the right amount, really, for a true Tuscan, like me, I felt like I was in a typical Florentine Trattoria, I highly recommend it, the typical environment not to mention the kindness of those who serve you

Attracted by a beautiful outdoor area, we had dinner on Saturday evening in this place that takes you back in time. A Tuscan tavern in the historic center of Bra. We took a typical cold cuts platter with fabulous Tuscan pecorino cheese. The Tuscan Schiacciate were excellent and the Lampredotto sandwich very good. Friendly and helpful staff, courteous owner. Phenomenal price quality. I highly recommend it

What a lovely experience at Schiacciala, we ate very well in a very familiar and warm environment. The flatbreads were really excellent, both the savory and the sweet ones. Encore of pici cacio e pepe. Friendly waiters. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable in recommending places to visit in the surrounding area. See you on the next tour in the Langhe.

Very comfortable place located in the center of Bra. Excellent Tuscan products and very friendly staff. The only downside is the waiting times are perhaps a little long, however I fully recommend it
