Excellent Tuscan osteria! Warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and always smiling staff. The schiacciate are truly spectacular: fragrant, filled with quality ingredients, and served in generous portions. The food is good, the atmosphere is great, and you'll immediately want to return. Highly recommended!

We wanted to try something different in Piedmont – unfortunately, they only had the usual menu. At least I managed to "fight" for a lampredotto – the first I've ever had. It wasn't bad at all! The service was really very attentive!

The schiacciate were delicious, served with fantastic bread. I found the service really slow and the quality/price ratio not exactly good, especially for the platters.

The restaurant is on the main street. Tables with red checkered tablecloths and plastic. Overall nice. We arrived hungry in the evening. The start was promising. We received a delicious antipasti salad with excellent crostini that went great with delicious prosecco and an excellent red beer on tap. The disappointment came with the second course. I ordered a hamburger that was reasonable and served with potato wedges that arrived cold. My wife ordered scolpini, which was prepared with far too much flour, the taste of which overpowered the dish, and served with potato cubes that arrived undercooked. We called the waitress over and explained that the dish was inedible. My wife asked for a hamburger instead. The hamburger arrived quite quickly, but it seems that due to the pressure to serve it quickly, it arrived almost raw and was inedible. In the end, they did not charge us for my wife's hamburger, which is the minimum required in such places. In conclusion: there are good products. There is a good will to provide service. You need to learn to ask at what level of grilling the hamburger should be prepared. And you may need to hire a cook with a better understanding of preparing meats.
