I just ate here and it was an exceptional experience: delicious food, with attention to every detail. The staff is attentive and extremely kind, making you feel pampered. It's a wonder to discover such a refined place in Galatone. Often, restaurants are superficial and superficial. Let's start with the first quality: the welcome: they know how to welcome you with a warm welcome. A true culinary gem in the heart of Salento! The cuisine is astonishing: traditional dishes reinterpreted with creativity and passion. Each course is a perfect blend of flavor, elegance, and authenticity. Kudos to the chef, who masterfully showcases each ingredient. The refined atmosphere and impeccable service are a real treat. An experience to remember! The sautéed mussels with yellow datterino tomatoes and Tropea onions are a must-try—an explosion of flavor. 💯

A restaurant that surprises from the first course to the last. The cuisine is creative yet rooted in tradition, with authentic flavors and never boring combinations. We're Romans driven by a passion for food, and I have to say we often find fault. We enjoy eating well, and we have fairly strict standards. We found the food delicious here, the staff friendly, and the location very elegant. The prices are super fair for what's on offer. I absolutely recommend the paccheri with fried eggplant, tomato, and swordfish. We also tried the scampi ravioli, which were not on the menu, very delicate and delicious. As an appetizer, the cuttlefish with artichokes and lemon were fabulous, as were the fried anchovies. The watermelon sorbet to finish left the palate fresh and sweet. The dinner cost, including water, a glass of wine, and bread, was approximately €65. I recommend going for a good, enjoyable dinner.

16/11/2025: We booked for four. The restaurant is well-maintained, complete with star-shaped vaulted ceilings, and it's not excessively noisy despite its small size. The pizza is cooked to perfection and the ingredients are excellent, especially the smoked provola cheese on my pizza, which filled the room with a magnificent aroma. Bread and mortazza is an excellent appetizer, and even though it's fried, the pizza goes down easily. The wait staff was patient, and the service was prompt. The waitresses, however, were a bit aloof, as if they were in a rush (it was Saturday, I understand), but I must say they are committed, hard-working people. List of dishes/drinks ordered: Bread and mortazza, provola cheese and pepper, blackberry, impiccato, martinese with chips, mangiafuoco (shared between two), water, and two Cokes. All for €21 per person (total €84). Positive things I noticed: the oven inside is very clean (it appears to be gas) and the bathroom is well-maintained. It was a pleasant surprise. See you next time ;)
11/11/2025: The food was good, and breakfast was good too. Everyone was very friendly. A bit limited in the winter when the outdoor space couldn't be used.

19/10/2025: Having fled another pizzeria, which had my approval the previous year (2023) until it expanded, the locals recommended this place to me. I came in for a pizza, but Lorenzo's presentation, the tasteful decor, the kindness of the staff (a very friendly girl with curly hair), the accuracy of the menu and the prices... and then the tablecloths, the cutlery changed after each course, the cloth napkins... I've dined here several times and I've tasted not only pizza, but much... much more... Everything was delicious. I forgot to take photos of the dishes and mark my presence with my daughter and son-in-law so I could have a souvenir... I'm only taking a few receipts to show how much I ate and how little I paid. One last mention: the kindness and deliciousness of the lady at the cashier. Please... don't change...! I'll be with you next year... don't disappoint me. And here I am in October 2025. They say "the murderer always returns to the scene of the crime." Well, I was there last year (see September 2024 review) and I returned again this year, where I: 1. Ate well; 2. Treated not as a customer but as a friend; 3. Cleanliness of the restaurant, elegance of the location; 4. Kindness, patience, and helpfulness of the staff; and 5. Professionalism of the "waiter manager." The review isn't just about the pizza, but also applies to other dates with different dishes... Pizza, meat, fish, mixed appetizers, first courses, beer, wine. I have the presumption of wanting to return next time. Photos are not required to prove my presence on site.
16/10/2025: I had dinner this evening at this restaurant, which I can truly describe as beautiful. From the location to the staff to the food, everything was delicious and high-quality. Highly recommended!
