I spent 37 euros eating 2 menus and a fried dish, all very good and plentiful. I never write reviews but this place really deserved it :)

Nice place! Beautiful fish-eating choices in a city where tortellini, mortadella and ragù are by far the protagonists of local gastronomy! In the 9 days we stayed in Bologna 3 we ate here! Or rather here! fillets and pieces of fish are picked out in front of you on an open counter.
Payment is only by card.
All the staff were polite and with a positive attitude to serve,except for the girl at the checkout who was abrupt and not willing to explain or answer our questions!
Try the tunaburger! 👌

Very fresh fish, with an open counter where you personally choose what you want and it is cooked on the spot.
Super friendly staff and really nice place, there's nothing else to add.
Everything really good, especially the tartare.

An original concept: You choose your fish and its cooking method. Everything is fresh, good and the service is fast and attentive. Ideal for the lunch break. I recommend and I will definitely return there during my next visit to Bologna!

You give your order + take a device + put it on your table (any table you'd want) and they bring you the tasty and fresh fishes you've chosen. Simple but smooth!
A bit pricy but definitely worths it! (Also they do not charge coperto and offer complementary water so overal it can be considered even cheaper than eating some seafood at a regular trattoria)

Pescheria scampo undoubtedly deserves a place of honor among the restaurants offering fish in Bologna.
If you are expecting "fast food" you are wrong... Excellent raw materials, courteous staff, without forgetting the perfectly consistent bill. A repurposed fish shop, an interesting format. GO THERE! because you won't give up!

Excellent quality, I personally tried the seared tuna with a side dish of potatoes and courgettes and the fried calamari. Proportionate portions and prices and I really like the possibility of being able to choose the product directly from the counter. I will definitely go back and recommend it to other people

The interior of this restaurant specializes in seafood, so you can choose the ingredients you want in front of the restaurant and they will cook it for you.
The grilled octopus and salad were very delicious. I ate Gambero Rosso raw and it was sweet and mild.

This restaurant is quite original compared to the many restaurants that have seafood as a specialty, and it is very affordable. It is a good spot to go to at noon, to be fair.
