Place found by chance and chosen for the positive reviews. Quality, courtesy and old traditions, very simple like at home.💗 I recommend taking the "steak", top!!!!!

Very nice location, very kind staff and above all excellent food. The tortellini and the steak are highly recommended, truly compliments. Pleasant discovery, will definitely return.

Ideal place to relax. Spotless pool, as well as the toilets. Mouth-watering dinner and lunch at the restaurant. I recommend it

Antipasti e secondi veramente degni di nota. Semplici ma il prodotto è di buona qualità si sente. Carni grigliate veramente ottime. Sui primi c’è da lavorare un po’ troppo unti per le mie abitudini. Personale gentilissimo.

Perfect place to disconnect and rest away from the tour. Panoramic salt pool, plenty of shade, restaurant available... what more could you ask for? I'll be back.

07/11/2024: Location and breathtaking views always, ultra cuisine and service 🔝 only applause for the work of Paolo and Luca. When you try it you understand that you loved yourself.
06/10/2024: The Trippini restaurant is located in the beautiful and evocative village of Civitella del Lago. The Trippini family's restaurant is well-kept and elegant. Luca's welcome and service are impeccable. Paolo's cuisine is an experience absolutely worth trying. If you have any particular dietary needs, do not hesitate to let them know in advance and you will certainly be satisfied. There were five of us and a totally plant-based menu was designed for me, as I am vegan, while for a friend of ours, a totally gluten-free and lactose-free menu. All truly excellent, with original and refined combinations. It is not a given to find this openness towards the different needs of customers, therefore, I renew my gratitude to Paolo and Luca, we will come to visit you soon.

18/01/2025: Beautiful place with typical cuisine, excellent friendly and efficient staff, nice and welcoming place, excellent food, we had a really tasty aftertaste appetizer, rich and really large for two people. We didn't have the first courses but from the tables nearby we could see that they were well prepared and I think also excellent. The pizza is really good, the dough is excellent and the raw materials are excellent. What can I say...highly recommended
06/01/2025: I didn’t have a first good day here, but I was staying for a a few weeks! First day.. so so Second night we came…much better Third night …..the service and food was par excellence. What changed? Me, them? I think at times… we can forget when having dinners in small Italian towns, the human element! And the absolute need to not be rushed. To talk to your host to have a brief moment. The experience of a meal will always be better when the feeling of a possible friendship underscores your relationship with your waiter/host.
