Ambience, in the sense of atmosphere, in the atmosphere. Back after centuries, management changed, if possible for the better, a place that always welcomes like a gentle shell. Thank you, wonderful food, wine syncopated like a piece by Monk, Thelonious, but in the end it's the people who count and sometimes they sing with their hearts and you can hear it, thank you from the bottom of my heart

Very good food and nicely decorated restaurant. Unfortunately too few visitors considering the high quality of the food. Very affordable food in the higher level. Will definitely return!

We just went to lunch today with my daughter's team and all parents. We were all very surprised by the quality of the dishes, the care in offering them, the quantity of the courses and finally the excellent price offered for a unique menu for everyone, 25 people, not so obvious. I congratulate you, young guys, very kind and friendly and with a desire to do something. I highly recommend it both for the quality of the raw material and for the commitment of these young people, we will certainly return and recommend it to everyone. Keep it up.

Elegant and intimate restaurant. I tried the land tasting menu so the price obviously went up. Refined and quality ingredients and dishes. The courses are spaced so that there is a good balance between the culinary experience and the company of the diners. I recommend going there with a special person.

06/09/2025: The seafood risotto is guaranteed to be delicious. I've eaten such good risotto in very few places. It must have been a quiet evening, but it was truly delicious. The seafood rice (for one person) is already saying a lot (I don't like restaurants that force you to order two portions!!? What if I don't like rice!?) It was truly delicious and flavorful. And generous portions. Congratulations. I definitely have to try it. I'll be back.
