Sbafo In Stezzano

I frequent your giropizza quite often, but tonight was one of those times when I seriously thought I never wanted to go back. The pizzas are quite repetitive, considering that a pizza with artichokes was offered to me at least 3 times while for the more common pizzas if you are at the tables at the entrance it never arrives as they sell out like hot cakes and are always offered again at the same tables , this leads to having to wait more than 30 minutes for a slice of pizza. This thing happened this evening, so I left at one point even though I was still hungry. Furthermore, the tour greatly favors those close to the counter and more often than not my table was skipped. I don't know if and when I will return and recommend it.

First time we came we had a good time. Abundant pizza slices. Various and the pasta very good. Very friendly staff.

The pizza always arrives very hot and there is a variety of pizza to choose from, a comfortable environment and the staff always helpful and nice. I recommend it to everyone

My review this time is not about the food, but about the service. The waiters were all kind and helpful, since it was Saturday we asked if it was possible to make specific requests (during the week we always did, but since the room was full it seemed right to ask), we were told yes. We then asked for a specific pizza but seeing that it didn't arrive (some time had passed and pizzas with the same ingredients we requested had been released) we asked. The first waiter cordially replied that he would ask. After about half an hour we asked again, not to rush but to understand whether we should wait or not since we had a commitment soon. This time the waitress responded very rudely telling us that it is not a pizzeria but a giropizza and that they would no longer accept requests. Working with the public and especially in times of confusion can be stressful, but responding rudely doesn't solve things and only serves to make the experience negative for everyone. They could simply have told us right away that it was not possible to make requests or, upon yet another reminder, told us that they were in difficulty rather than responding rudely and making us feel uncomfortable.

Appuntamento fisso settimanale, accolti da personale giovane e gentile... Devo dire che la pizza è davvero buona, e vari gusti incontrano i miei gusti. Ogni mese è dedicato ad una pizza dolce che vale la pena gustare...
