🇬🇧 "What a great dinner!" We loved every dish: the truffle cacio e pepe was creamy and well-balanced, the casoncelli with fondue and speck were rich and tasty. The selection of cured meats and cheeses was also excellent, with the perfect jam! The ricotta and lemon cake ended everything on a sweet note. Welcoming atmosphere, kind service. The bistro is very nice and the service is excellent. As are the dishes, specialties in a contemporary version very tasty and with refined raw materials. A pleasant lunch also thanks to their courtesy.

Dinner with friends, we take nachos, two tartares and a hamburger which I specifically ask for undercooked. The nachos arrive in a flash, much appreciated, the seconds arrive after almost an hour even though the place was not very crowded, but, unfortunately, my burger is SUPER cooked; I don't point it out because at what point we were in a hurry. The tartares ok. Correct service and bill.

Perfect! We got their signature burger and fassona meatballs. Both very good. Excellent service and more than honest prices, actually even below average despite the quality. We will be back, highly recommended!

It was a very pleasant surprise. It is not usual to base one's offer mainly on cheeses, of all kinds and origins. Expertly combined and correctly washed down with quality bottles extracted from the rich cellar, you will spend a pleasant evening in a modern but welcoming place, silent and with a truly interesting and non-invasive musical background. Accurate and precise service, fast but not pressing. The bill is adequate for the service and quality. The wine list is truly remarkable, and the possibility of taking home what you want at non-goldsmith's prices is interesting. Very good indeed, well done Paolo, and his collaborators are good.
