Friendly staff, fair prices and they have the best Hugo Spritz in the area! I will be back several times, I definitely have to try the dinner. I only went for an aperitif.

Five stars are not enough to describe the experience at Say Cheese. One of the members, Paolo, welcomed us and reserved the table for us. He immediately understood what he could do for us. An appetizer made of cured meats and cheeses and two truly extraordinary first courses, all washed down with a 2021 Primitivo. I took the tonnarelli with cheese, pepper and truffle. My colleague, on the other hand, is Apulian orecchiette with broad beans and Etruscan pepper. You really feel and eat great. Must try without any doubt!!
