Went last night with a table of 8 people... Everyone ate well and the portions were generous... Unfortunately, our children were a nuisance and the owner had to slalom around to avoid them... But he never complained and was very patient anyway.... We will return, but without the children....

We stopped here by chance on the way home. It's a typical osteria, but the atmosphere is warm and clean. The service is prompt and the food is excellent. We had delicious pumpkin and Asiago lasagna and a stew that was truly tasty and filling. The price was very reasonable. Thank you also for your kindness.

Osteria Sasso Stefani is a trattoria perfectly in keeping with its name, where substance comes before appearances—in short, a casual, family-friendly establishment. The menu features traditional local dishes, including tripe, cod, and Celtic-style stew. Dinner for two includes an appetizer, a platter of cured meats and cheeses, a main course, stew with side dishes, dessert, and coffee, a liter of house red wine, and a bottle of water. The cost is approximately €70.00. Portions are generous. The stew is delicious, a rare dish to find in restaurants, so I highly recommend trying it. The dessert, likely not homemade, is delicious but somewhat bland. The service and comfort of the restaurant are excellent. Excellent value for money, so a place worth returning to.

A real surprise. At Osteria Sasso Stefani, you feel right at home from the first minute: the staff is quick, attentive, kind, and above all, smart—they understand what you need before you even open your mouth.
The food is the highlight: platters of cured meats that are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat, the Celtic beef stew with Guinness is worth the trip, perfectly made fries, impeccable baked beans, and fresh, soft bread (which is far from obvious). Generous portions, no stinginess.
The atmosphere is that of a true osteria: simple, clean, and tidy. The red wine is fragrant and pleasant, perfect for pairing everything.
Ultimately, a truly wonderful discovery. A must-see when passing through Valsugana. Highly recommended.

A tavern from days gone by, serving excellent food prepared the way it once was. Fresh, flavorful cured meats, balanced polenta and creamed cod, and excellent tiramisu. Unbeatable value: don't be fooled by the appearance, the food is excellent and the price is fair.

The owner is a fantastic person, welcoming and kind. I had breakfast there one day and on my way back I had lasagna and cutlet with sides. Everything was excellent, and the prices are super fair. I was passing through on a bike trip and can't wait to return with my family. Fantastic experience 😍😍😍
