A real surprise. At Osteria Sasso Stefani, you feel right at home from the first minute: the staff is quick, attentive, kind, and above all, smart—they understand what you need before you even open your mouth. The food is the highlight: platters of cured meats that are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat, the Celtic beef stew with Guinness is worth the trip, perfectly made fries, impeccable baked beans, and fresh, soft bread (which is far from obvious). Generous portions, no stinginess. The atmosphere is that of a true osteria: simple, clean, and tidy. The red wine is fragrant and pleasant, perfect for pairing everything. Ultimately, a truly wonderful discovery. A must-see when passing through Valsugana. Highly recommended.

A tavern from days gone by, serving excellent food prepared the way it once was. Fresh, flavorful cured meats, balanced polenta and creamed cod, and excellent tiramisu. Unbeatable value: don't be fooled by the appearance, the food is excellent and the price is fair.

The owner is a fantastic person, welcoming and kind. I had breakfast there one day and on my way back I had lasagna and cutlet with sides. Everything was excellent, and the prices are super fair. I was passing through on a bike trip and can't wait to return with my family. Fantastic experience 😍😍😍

The menu is simple, but the dishes are delicious and carefully prepared: just the right amount of quality and quantity. The service is quick and efficient. The atmosphere is clean, albeit very minimal. Recommended, also for the fair price.

This osteria is meticulously clean and professionally managed by friendly, welcoming owners. The spaghetti carbonara is delicious, paired with a perfect glass of wine. The house tiramisu is delicious. Fair prices. Highly recommended!!

Stopped in for lunch by chance. Osteria by name and by nature. Very kind and helpful staff. Simple, authentic, and tasty cuisine. Portions well above average at many places where you leave hungry. Strange to say, but I would have paid even more, honestly, as the prices are truly fair. Well done.
