We had a wonderful dinner and we had to come back as the food was so good and authentic. Highly recommend. Full of locals.

Great restaurant with delicious food and cosy atmosphere. The mushrooms & potatoes soup was one of the best we’ve ever eaten. Hope to be back! ❤️

We happened to pass by at 11pm while they were closing.. They welcomed us with kindness and made us eat a pizza because we were starving. Great professionalism and kindness. A thousand thanks

Nice little place outside the chaos of the centre, excellent traditional dishes. Easy but very polite and friendly service. I will definitely return 😊

Esteriormente l'aspetto non è accogliente. Entrando si ha un locale accogliente anche se con arredo un po' datato. Buona la pizza, molto buono il loro hamburger. Servizio preciso, cordiale e rapido. Prezzi in linea con Ortisei

Pranzo in famiglia , preso tre primi e una cotoletta con patatine. Tutto molto buono , personale gentile e disponibile. Ingresso consentito anche per gli amici a 4 zampe. Consigliato

08/07/2025: It was truly a pleasure to have lunch here. We stopped in during our walk. The staff were kind, friendly, and pleasant. The dishes were excellent and plentiful, even the children's portions were generous. To finish, a Strauben or sweet omelette, which we shared between four of us, was also plentiful. Prices were reasonable.
07/07/2025: Had lunch on the terrace, which overlooks a peaceful meadow surrounded by trees. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff spoke English and were friendly. The Schlutzkrapfen was excellent, and the Apfelstrudel was amazing—one of the best I’ve had in the region. The place feels new and is very well maintained.

05/05/2025: I had the great pleasure of spending a night at this wonderful hotel and it was perfect from start to finish. The welcome was warm and professional, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive and helpful. My room was modern, very clean and comfortable - with a fantastic view and all the amenities you could wish for. I would particularly like to highlight the breakfast: rich, fresh and prepared with great attention to detail. The location of the hotel is also great – with many attractions nearby. I felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this hotel. I'll definitely come back.
22/04/2025: This was my second time at the Hotel Klostersepp and I am very satisfied. Hotel and service is really incredibly good. Nice and helpful. As well as the restaurant, very delicious I am very satisfied and will stay with you more often. Thank you and the team.
