Quality sushi, we went for dinner and the choice-quality-price ratio is excellent. The portions of the rolls are very generous, appreciated but for an all you can eat with different dishes it is a limiting factor. Friendly staff and very fast service, we ate in less than an hour.
Reservation recommended, the room is a bit small. However highly recommended 🥰

One of the best AYCE in Bologna and its province, well-prepared and very pleasant dishes, excellent service with kind and friendly staff. Call in advance because it is often full and there is no place to find a table.

After so many years I have to stop and reflect. I know the management and the family that runs it very well. And my reflection turns to a conclusion: despite the SHAMEFUL increases in raw materials, the cost of personnel which in ITALY has no equal, at SAPORY, the CONSISTENCY and QUALITY of a starred restaurant ARE the PREROGATIVE. The trump card? COMMITMENT, LOVE, PASSION for one's work and consequently for one's customers. In the center of Bologna there are restaurants that often offer inferior dishes but we of the old guard praise them for their locations. Eating is another thing. Skeptics? TRY to BELIEVE.

There are now a thousand places similar to this one which we stumbled upon by chance as we were in the area so, not knowing any others, we trusted the advice. Good service in the room and a well-kept place but definitely too crowded with tables and seats so much so that I felt like I was having dinner with the girls sitting next to us precisely because when speaking it was impossible not to listen to each other. I think they can definitely improve the quality of the fish too.

Da amante del sushi posso affermare che è uno dei migliori di Bologna e dintorni. Un ristorante in cui torno spesso sia per il cibo sia per il servizio. Vorrei dire di non andare così potrò trovare sempre posto per me ma sarei infame! Provatelo e non ve ne pentirete! Consiglio la prenotazione.
