Everything was delicious. A pleasant place. We had burrata with ham and tomato sauce. With focaccia. Very filling and high-quality. Guadalupe is a genius, super attentive.

A charming place, a small square nestled between the streets of Salerno's historic center, with a delightful ceramic-covered seating area decorating the building in front. A few well-kept and clean tables. Courteous, punctual, and professional service, local products, and well-chosen and successful combinations. The pizza dough is excellent, light, and cooked to perfection. Special mention goes to the buffalo mozzarella, recommended to us on site. It's a MUST TRY. Even just one to share, it's worth it, with tomatoes or prosciutto to your liking. But the most surprising thing is the Margherita, probably the best Margherita I've ever had. The tomato-to-mozzarella ratio is perfect, the basil just right, and the dough is incredible—a truly mystical experience for someone like me who makes pizza a way of life.
