Great place for a quick bite. We had the porchetta sandwich (#8) which was absolutely delicious. When I ordered the sandwich, I asked the owner if it was any good and he laughed at me, which was awesome. It was so big we split it.

If you're in Florence and want a sandwich with excellent, traditional ingredients, I absolutely recommend this place! Not to mention the owner's kindness! Highly recommended!

We're from Venezuela. My husband, José Manuel, and I were served by Lapo today. He recommended some spectacular paninis and shiiate, which we washed down with beer. Thank you for your service and the good conversation we had.

This place was right next to our apartment and had delicious fresh paninis served daily. Highly recommend #6 the La Chianina. The bresaola was amazing.

Prima di terminare il soggiorno a Firenze volevamo concederci una schiaccia ripiena. Ottime proposte e ingredienti. Non ci sono file interminabili di attesa, che fanno passare la voglia e la fame, qui di mangia una buona schiaccia volendo anche seduti nel piccolo spazio interno (ma aperto). Consigliato, prezzi assolutametne accessibili.

23/08/2025: We stopped in for lunch today. Beautiful location, elegant ambiance, delicious food, attentive and friendly service. We had Tuscan crostini, pici all'aglione, tagliatelle with beef ragù, and an excellent cream and walnut tart with coffee! What more can we say? We hope to return soon, perhaps on our way home from vacation!

22/08/2025: Principe Corsini is a family brand with over 500 years of undoubted commitment to the land, the culture and the community. It’s products, wine and extra virgin olive oil as well as the food and the hospitality provided, denotes the love and affection for this part of Tuscany from where the princely family of the Corsini came before moving to Florence. It is definitely worth a trip to San Casciano, on the outskirts of Florence, to visit the beautiful villa of Le Corti and the newly restored and renovated gardens. The owners will show you around the antique wine cellars and you can end your visit sampling delicious food and their outstanding wines at their restaurant.
