The most beautiful discoveries are made by chance... gloomy evening, you have an event in the center of Milan in a wonderful and prestigious location, but the rain and tiredness ask you to stay. Your nose makes you choose a bistro near your hotel: a wonderful platter with high quality products, carpaccio above all... 4 good quality cheeses and 2 truly excellent tartares... of which the Sardinian with artichokes and carasau bread is top notch... the wine list is good and without frills. Small and charming place with simple but warm-inspiring furnishings.
Precise and efficient service...right cost...what can I say! I put up the flag and I will remember you.

I absolutely have to write a review because for the second evening in a row I returned here to eat the cheese poker: S T R E P I T O S O. The last cheese to taste is fantastic, as are the platters of Iberian or Calabrian cured meats. Don't miss it!!!

Last night we went to "Sapori Solari - La Salumeria" with some dear friends, on the advice of their other friends... and I'd say that word of mouth hit the mark! We ordered two tasting platters and a tartare each: everything was simply amazing. Excellent quality, generous portions and authentic flavors that tell the story of the territory. A convivial and tasty experience, perfect for sharing. We will definitely be back!
P.s. We weren't able to take photos of all the dishes because we devoured them!

We took advantage of the The Fork promotion to discover this restaurant. An essential stop for lovers of meat and cured meats, it also has a truly interesting selection of smoked fish meats. We tried the Iberian platter, the selected cheeses, the tartare (Sicilian and Sardinian, truly a gem) and the porcaloca bruschetta. Generous in size and my favourite.
In short, a truly great discovery and, among other things, also very convenient to reach (red metro stop at Bande Nere just a few meters away)

Beautiful place, wonderful atmosphere, super friendly staff and very high quality cutting boards. I highly recommend this place where I will return for the next aperitif with my friends.

Midday lunch with friends.
Small and cozy environment.
Good and nice food. Well presented and generously portioned.
Young, kind, empathetic and attentive service.
Very good. I think I will return.
Parking is a little difficult.
