Sapori Solari In Milano

We had dinner; the place is beautiful, and the food was all good. The only downside is that they usually explain what types of meat and cheese they have, but not this time. Then at 11:20 PM, we wanted two coffees, and the answer was, "No, we're closing, and I've already cleaned the machine." I understand the kitchen is closing, but not making two coffees seems excessive. We were also almost afraid to ask for dessert, because they might have already washed all the spoons. I'll give it 3 stars only because of the terrible service.

Excellent food, choice and service.....

The quality is excellent! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. We had a great time. We took advantage of a great discount with The Fork.

👏👏👏👏👏👏 It's a shame I can't include the sound, but I hope it conveys my thoughts on this place! We ate wonderfully; I found nothing out of place, starting with the warm, high-quality bread—hard to find even at a bakery. We ordered two platters, one Calabrian and one Iberian. I couldn't say which was my favorite; every single cured meat, from capocollo to cecina, from lard to shoulder, was practically perfect. All the products were excellent. I struggle to choose the best, and I have no valid adjectives to describe them. The tartare was also exceptional. In fact, if I had to find a negative, it's that the meat was so good that, even though the sauce paired very well, I would have preferred it plain. A small but well-kept place, very friendly, and consistent with what it offers. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. There's even a counter with products to buy, just like a classic delicatessen. I applaud the entire #saporisolari project because they never miss a beat when it comes to meat, they're a guarantee. Take it by storm, I recommend it. #carnemilano #salumimilano #milano

Fantastic restaurant. Excellent food, great service, lovely atmosphere. We had the Traditional and Matta tasting menus + a couple of additional bruschettes (just to try, as everything else was so good), which were also delicious. Washed down with a local beer and a good bottle of red wine. Very nicely decorated, good ambience. Highly recommended

Just steps from the Bande Nere weather station, Sapori Solari opens its doors to an intimate space, with 6-7 tables and a small lounge with a sofa. The menu consists mainly of platters, tartare, and bruschetta. The quality of the ingredients is excellent; the only drawback is the price... a bit over the top for the area and the portion size. In any case, a pleasant evening and experience. The desserts... could be improved!!!! Reservations recommended.

Very high quality and impeccable service, to achieve perfection we should achieve a better balance between quantity and prices.

Ok... good dishes... but sky-high prices... patience

Everything was of excellent quality and the dishes were very well prepared. I have never eaten such a good cheesecake and the cured meats were excellent.
