Sapori Mediterranei In San giuliano milanese

The quality has deteriorated in the last 2 years. Too chewy, not enough tomato, lots of mozzarella. Wood cooking saves it in part, but finishing a pizza becomes a risk for the stomach... good prices.

I'll start by saying the delivery of three tip shovels and a free bottle of coke was appreciated! High quality and recognizable pizza toppings. Dough to be reviewed, in some parts of the cornice it was very heavy (in weight I mean) undercooked and in other edges it was borderline burnt. I understand the rush but I could literally open the ledge and make a scoop of raw dough. A more careful layering and better cooking would do this pizza justice given that in some places the honeycombing was appreciated.
