There is not many restaurant open at 11 but this shop is. I ordered mix salad with seafood spaghetti. Both dishes were delicious with big portions. The dessert also nice but a bit sweet. The service is really impressive. Recommended.

During our short stay in Genoa, we visited Piazetta San Carlo Restaurant Family twice, and each time was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and always-smiling staff member lady, who made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, the wine was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was cosy and inviting. We came in the evening and stayed until closing—sometimes even a few minutes past—and never felt rushed. As a lovely touch, we were even treated to small sweets after paying. The combination of great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and reasonable prices makes this place a true gem. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Genoa!

Although at first it seems like a "tourist trap", it is not and I highly recommend it. They serve you quickly and the menu is in Italian and English, and also includes photos. We had the baked chicken and pasta with Genoese pesto, both excellent tasting items. The portion of pasta is very generous and leaves you really full. I recommend having the tiramisu, it is homemade and foamy, really delicious! The quality/price ratio is excellent.

Everything was perfect! We’ve come here 2 days in a raw tried 6 different dishes and all of them were delicious. Service was also nice! Big portions and affordable prices. We definitely come back here when we visit to Genova again😁 Recommended for those who want to casually eat delicious Italian food at a relatively low price!
