Eating at Baccicin du Caru is much more than lunch: it's a journey into the truest Ligurian cuisine, born from memory, time, and absolute respect for handed-down recipes.

The tongue with salsa verde is tender and flavorful, accompanied by a fragrant and balanced sauce that enhances the meat without overpowering it.
The homemade galantine is also excellent: firm, elegant, and full of flavor, made with great technique and respect for tradition.
