I was looking for a place to eat meat in the Prato/Calenzano area, and while looking at the various restaurants on Google I came across this one. I was extremely satisfied and surprised by the quality of the products, the vast choice of meats available, but above all by the competence of the owners. The place is small, but very nice. The very honest price. I will definitely come back.

Excellent, everything truly excellent, from the cured meats to the schiacciata to the cantucci.
A perfect steak (1.7 kg Angus Iberica) which would have still made smoke if it had been a couple of ounces more.

What a nice surprise. In this restaurant, the key words are simplicity, taste and transparency.
The house offers different beefs of various origins, simply grilled, but with great mastery. The meats and cuisine are in full view of customers.
The "fileto" and its side of roasted potatoes were tasty. Many restaurants (often restaurant chains) which claim to be specialists in beef should follow their example.
Add to that a glass of an excellent Chianti at a reasonable price, a few slices of a very good raw ham offered as an appetizer and some good bread and you have a superb taste experience.
Quality, flavor and generosity characterize this beautiful house.
