We discovered this pizzeria on holiday. We booked a table and stopped to eat a delicious pizza that was neither rubbery nor crunchy, so much so that we returned more than once. They make spectacular arancini especially with anduia. We tried the house pizza but it was a little heavy with too many ingredients. Bolognese, on the other hand, is light and tasty thanks to the pistachio grains. Polite staff and available. We were surprised to also find gluten-free pizza. Courteous and very nice owner, also very welcoming, they have an original house liqueur. I recommend a better arrangement for the external covering.

02/01/2025: Restaurant with a very short menu. The products are all fresh. This is good. But every dish is missing something. Tuna tartare is simply chopped tuna. No gas station, nothing Mix of fried fish (fish and shrimp) - tasty, but no sauce, nothing. Fish without sauce is delicious, but shrimp without sauce is very sad Tuna is a huge portion and also without sauce or any additives The service was good at the beginning, but then the wait for the bill was long Interior - essentially there is none Overall a good restaurant with fresh food

30/12/2024: I chose Mosto97 for my graduation party and I couldn't have opted for a better place, not only for the strategic position, in the heart of Corso Mazzini in Cosenza, but also because I have never felt welcomed from the first phone call as if I were part of the wonderful family that runs the business, all very kind, loving, helpful and professional people. I have rarely eaten such good food, which combines tradition with innovation and refinement in plating. We were treated very well. A special note of thanks to the chef for his efforts in creating two exquisite and unexpected vegan menus. I'm sure that when I return to Cosenza I will come back here!
30/12/2024: Small place but excellent food quality and very friendly staff. Try it for informal meals with friends or in small groups.
