Great place for one last lunch on the way to Fiumicino. The lunch menu is a bargain at 9,90 EUR for 2 courses (primi, secondi and contorni). We tried the pasta gricia and carbonara and both were excellent, as were the meatballs and the veal saltimbocca. Roasted potatoes were very tasty but I’d skip the insalata as it was lettuce and only lettuce. The staff spoke about as much English as we speak Italian but we were fine with Google Translate and lots of gesturing. They even very kindly wrapped up our leftovers for us so we could take them on our long flight home.

A pleasure to eat and be in company in this restaurant with the flavor of the past. Genuine cuisine with many homemade preparations (supplì, ravioli, tonnarelli). It's not easy these days to rediscover the pleasure of tasting genuine, traditional dishes but also with a pinch of creativity. Thanks to all the staff

27/01/2025: Frequentiamo da tempo questo ristorante/enoteca e non siamo mai rimasti delusi. Pietanze della tradizione rinnovate con originalità: gustose, abbondanti ed a prezzo onesto. Scelta obbligata per chi ha voglia di mangiare in un posto accogliente e fuori dal solito circuito della cucina romana da fraschetta.
26/12/2024: A truly excellent wine shop. It has quality wines. The wines are divided by region or type. It really offers a wide choice and above all quality. Also well stocked with grappas and bitters. Prices are compared to the quality of the products. And as someone said: life is too short to drink mediocre wines. The owners are very kind and ready to give any kind of information. I recommend it Was I helpful to you?

13/04/2025: Restaurant plutôt bien, les serveurs sont sympathiques mais nous avons été déçus sur certains points. Nous avons commandé une burrata la serveuse demande si nous voulons des focaccias pour manger avec. Nous acceptons, mais sans savoir que celles-ci allaient nous être facturées (5,90€ tout de même). A 11,90€ la burrata, on s'attend quand même à avoir de quoi manger avec. En ce qui concerne les pâtes. Elles sont plutôt bonnes et les portions généreuses, mais beaucoup trop salées. Bref avis plutôt mitigé sur ce restaurant.
09/04/2025: We were a group of five Spaniards. The waiter was very nice. He treated us extremely well, and the food was delicious, both the main courses and the desserts. We'll definitely be back.
