Radical place with an open laboratory that makes simplicity and sobriety its main feature. The clear winner is the constant scent of freshly baked goods; the rest is deliberately left simple so that the true protagonist of the place is what is consumed and not what is decorated. A place that shows off the muscles of the tiring and rewarding work of the baker/pastry chef. Frequented by (self-styled) snobbish Rome intellectuals... however recommended for the quality of the gastronomic offering. Quality comes at a price. A few smiles from those who work there wouldn't hurt.

Very good bread and desserts. We also really liked the dinner with nice and interesting dishes. Medium-high prices. Friendly staff, pleasant environment!

I suspend judgment. I didn't have a bad meal but I wasn't particularly impressed either. Maybe I'll come back to try the pizza. Friendly staff but my dessert (mille feuille) was not good.

31/07/2024: Atmosphere very similar to a real Irish pub , good music , tasty food and the beer selection on top ! The beer that they do it so good remembered fruits taste ! I recommend! In addition I must admit that I was in this pub already 4 times in 10 days . The Irish pub is a family business and the owners are so nice and also entertaining and friendly! I eat fried gnocchi every single time but I di have ti give credit to the amazing pork ribs cooked in a magnificent way . Thank you!
28/06/2024: Il Gordon Bennet ha la migliore pinsa di zona e i panini sono veramente gustosi. Si percepisce che gli ingredienti sono di prima qualità. Mi dicono (perché non bevo) che anche le birre siano di prima qualità. Lo consiglio!
