Regarding breakfast, the products are excellent, both the pastries and the coffee. The baked goods are delicious. I find the staff inattentive, which is inconsistent with the price.

We visited Forno Santi Sebastiano e Valentino, and overall the experience was positive. The location is truly beautiful, especially the outdoor seating, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Inside, however, the space is well-kept but a bit dim: it has a slightly shadowy feel that may or may not appeal to you, depending on your taste. The open kitchen is also very nice, giving it a nice sense of authenticity. The highlight, for me, is the bread: we bought some to go, and it was truly excellent, fragrant, and flavorful. The value for money is also good, and the service was absolutely fine. On a downside: the coffee didn't convince us; it had a flavor that wasn't to our taste. On the other hand, the oat cappuccino was good, well-made. We arrived late, and there were only a few croissants available: we ordered an "Italian-style" croissant and a whole-wheat seed croissant. Both were good, but we weren't crazy about them. That said, we will definitely be back to try something else (maybe arriving earlier), because the place is worth it and the overall impression is more than good.

I returned three times in as many days. Attentive and good spirited service - excellent rotating menu - crave worthy cookies - merry patrons. A special little place. Thanks for your hospitality!
