The place is located in a quiet beautiful spot, it’s lovely to sit outside for an aperitivo or dinner. However, the service is very slow and the staff not very friendly.

01/11/2025: I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is small but very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. I've even ordered to take home, and the food is always impeccable. The ravioli are delicious, as are the pasta and rice. The prices are very reasonable; the menus are inexpensive and filling. I don't usually write reviews, but I was so happy I had to!

07/06/2025: Il cristallo di neve da Maurizio e Irene è una garanzia!! Antipasto misto di qualità e gustoso, primi fatti in casa e secondi genuini e squisitissimi. Per non parlare della scelta dei vini e liquori di cui Maurizio si prodiga con professionalità e passione nella spiegazione e consigli per i gusti di tutti. L'accoglienza sempre top!!! Super consigliato! Una garanzia!
01/04/2025: Ci siamo recati al nuovo ristorante il cristallo dei Borgia situato in Subiaco gestito da Maurizio ed Irene i stessi titolari del notissimo cristallo di neve a monte Livata, per precisare il migliore. Materia prima da urlo, primi piatti eseguito alla perfezione , cantina dei vini , in grotta ,. Mai visti prima da nessuna parte Maurizio il padrone di casa ti mette a disposizione i migliori rum su tutti i tavoli siete troppo gentili e bravi. A presto .
