This "Osteria" has nothing to envy of certain restaurants, excellent cuisine, fried cake that cannot be better, all served by Mrs. Antonia, perfect and affable hostess 😘😘😘

Luckily for us, the highway was blocked. We couldn't have made a better choice than stopping for lunch here. It's like going back to grandma's house: welcoming, peaceful, and the food is delicious.

The restaurant immediately conveys a sense of familiarity, and the dishes are truly delicious. We ordered the guanciale, the tartare, the mixed antipasto platter, and the handmade stuffed ravioli. Along with the platter, they also serve fried gnocchi, which resemble panzerotti, as we Tuscans call them, but are decidedly tastier: the dough is thin and crispy, and they're lighter and less greasy. One detail I really appreciated was the attention to detail in the wine glasses, which are perfectly polished, something I rarely see in other restaurants. The attention to detail is evident in the bathrooms, too: they even have disposable toilet seats. All these little touches, in such a cozy and authentic place, made me feel welcomed and treated with the same, if not more, attention than a Michelin-starred restaurant, thanks above all to the kindness and friendliness of the owners. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!

We savored the delicacies of Parma, just like in the old-fashioned eateries, called Osterie with a capital O. Torta fritta and splendid cured meats, accompanied by the legendary, fresh "Fortanina." The giardiniera, made with an ancient family recipe, was exceptional. The first courses were exquisite: tortelli d'erbetta (fresh herbs), tagliolini with truffles, all 10 out of 10. The guancialini and punta al forno (baked pork cheeks) were also worthy of praise. The "Antonia" semifreddo was mouth-watering. The service was excellent, and the owners were friendly. We'll definitely be back. Spacious parking. Affordable prices.

A volte andiamo lontano e non ci accorgiamo di quello che abbiamo vicino. A noi è successo con l'Osteria Santa Margherita dove, colpevolmente, non eravamo ancora stati. Abbiamo rimediato oggi e siamo sicuri che torneremo. Ottima la torta fritta e molto riusciti i primi. Un bel menù, molto attento alla tradizione, come è giusto che sia in un locale così. Gustosissimi i dolci, da provare il semifreddo "Antonia". Il servizio è sollecito e familiare. Ti senti a casa. E ti fa star bene.

Siamo vecchi clienti di questa trattoria. In passato siamo andati miriadi di volte con la vecchia gestione e ieri nel giorno di Pasquetta siamo voluti tornare a riprovare il menu della nuova gestione. Le due signore in sala sono state molto molto gentili e simpatiche, il menu era particolare proprio per il giorno di festa.Purtroppo non era disponibile la torta fritta ma visto il numero dei coperti, sarebbe stato effettivamente difficile da fare ma ci tornereno in un giorno normale per provarla. Tutto molto buono. Il salume molto buono, la pasta fatta in casa molto buona, il riso molto buono e i dolci molto buoni. Mi permetto solo di dare un consiglio... date più affettato anche facendolo pagare qualche euro in più nel caso. Noi eravamo in tre e mangiare una fetta di salame a testa, due fette di crudo, due fette di coppa e tre fette di pancetta per lo standard di queste parti non è particolarmente abbondante... si potesse raddoppiare la quantità sarebbe meglio a mio parere... comunque, siamo stati molto soddisfatti e ci torneremo sicuramente. 06/09/2025: A simply extraordinary dinner. From the first slice of tosone to the last spoonful of zabaglione, there wasn't a single dish that was anything less than moving. Ivan and his wife are brilliant in the kitchen and impeccable in the dining room. One of those places worth returning to with at least a table of six, to rotate and enjoy as many dishes as possible.
01/09/2025: I can't give less than 5 stars. We had lunch on Sunday, August 31, 2025, and I must say, without exaggeration, that it was one of the best meals I've ever had. The paccheri with peppers and anchovies were delicious, the raw meat with sauces exquisite, and the dessert was top-notch. We drank some very good wine at a very reasonable price. TOP value. I'll be back at the first opportunity.

22/10/2025: Very good food, pasta with seafood, grilled fish, excellent pizza with wide choice and desserts. Good beer and large choice of good wines. We are affectionate customers since many years.
12/10/2025: Pizza Review: Don't call Franchino a criminal...he'd cause a massacre. The small dining room is a good thing, but with two tables full, it's best to be able to read lips because it's too loud...some noise-reducing panels would solve the problem... Waiting time at the table: 40 minutes for drinks and 1 hour for food. The thick pizza dough is good; the pizza is small and easy to digest. The regular one is very thin and should be cooked a little longer, at least according to the ones my guests saw. The only downside is the amount of toppings, which are woefully scant. Not enough sausage, not enough broccoli rabe, not enough fried calamari, not enough of everything...what a shame. The trend of using very little toppings is spreading everywhere, but not everywhere. Maybe next time it will be better...if...
