Excellent brewery in the center of Champoluc, where you can enjoy beers of all kinds and get advice on the best subscription. Excellent Aosta Valley meat burgers expertly combined with flavors and sauces for a tasty and interesting mix of tastes. Numerous seats available inside in an environment where wood is predominant!
The waiters are kind and attentive, always ready to give suggestions on the rich beer and food menu; A cafeteria service is also available.
A few tables on the terrace also allow you to have lunch or an aperitif outdoors when the weather permits.

Nice place with good beer selection and nice staff. Unfortunately the burgers are boring, dry bread, the meat unseasoned. OK fries though.

Brewery with kitchen in the center of Champoluc, with kitchen open from 12:00 to 22:30. Varied menu including appetizers, typical dishes and a wide selection of burgers, as well as a wide choice of draft and bottled beers. The staff was very kind and attentive, the service was fast and precise.

So good we ate there twice in a week. Had different hamburgers on each occasion - preferred the one with the local sauce. Both excellent though. Portions of fries were a little small. But the range of beers is HUGE. Tried 3 different ones over our visits. The local brew was light and tasty. German one a touch heavier. Service v friendly and helpful throughout. We will return !

Ate here a couple of times in our recent stay in Champoluc. Lovely reasonably priced food with friendly staff. If you like beer, you will love their huge selection of bottled beers from around the world.

Brasserie with varied menu and fair prices. I took a mixed "Drola" salad with lettuce, tomato, avocado, roasted chicken breast: excellent in taste and quantity, served on a nice large plate. I recommend it and will return. Furthermore, the opening hours are very wide.

I ate several times in this characteristic place in Champoluc and it was an experience that I recommend: the staff attentive to requests and professional in serving thanks to a few kind words improved the lunch, the quality of the dishes remained high and the food was also excellent quality/price ratio, last but not least the beer served fresh and always paired with the food, a real discovery.
My questions have always received adequate answers from all the people involved in the service with much appreciated advice.

Burger was a bit dry and the mustard sauce in it a bit overbearing . Food was a bit cold . Fries were also cold - I’d say it is average . It was surprising - as it was recommended to me , and the staff said they were known for their burgers . I must have higher standards for burgers !
