Nothing to complain about, the food was good, the beers excellent, the wait time was reasonable, and the price was in line with the market.
Very warm and welcoming location.
The only downside was only one bathroom; never mind, I had to wait a bit.
I'll be back next year anyway.

Excellent food, but two Argentine waiters, talking about customers in Spanish, believing that no one else understands them, saying that since people are so stupid that they eat at this time (16:00, usual time to eat after a day of skiing), and that we Europeans knew nothing about eating

BRAVE! We went for lunch and had a really good time, so much so that we returned for dinner the same day. The staff was friendly; I appreciated the beer recommendation; I really enjoyed it. We had the gnocchi with cheese fondue (both for lunch and dinner: delicious), the sans souci burger, and the pork shank. Everything was really good. We finished with the white chocolate mousse and peach jam: I was worried it might be too sweet, but it was really balanced! I enjoyed it. Thanks for the excellent food! See you next time.

Everything was incredibly good. We ordered:
Gnocchi with PDO Fontina fondue. The fondue had the right consistency, sticking to the gnocchi without being stringy.
The "il sans souci" burger was also fantastic, with perfectly balanced ingredients, fantastic meat and bread.
White chocolate mouse, again everything was perfect.
The beers and service were also excellent.

I've been here a few times for a quick beer and I've already loved the place. Then, by pure chance, New Year's Eve 2025! What can I say... Sublime food, delicious wine, everything truly special! No flaws. And the strong point is definitely the management and all the staff, who on such a "special" evening, despite all the diverse humanity, demonstrated great professionalism and, above all, great passion for such a noble and special profession: that of catering. Thank you. It's wonderful when you meet real people.
