The best sandwich I had in Florence, bread was soft and crust not too crunchy. The salami with sun dried tomatoes was just amazing!

Great service and delicious sandwhiches. We were recommended a spicy sandwich with roasted red pepper and it was divine–we inevitably ended up visiting a couple times.

The sandwiches were everything we heard they would be. The bread was fresh, soft, and with a slight crunch. The person taking orders will give you recommendations based of anything you like and you are provided samples. The menus is made with numbers per ingredient so if you are struggling with the pronunciation it’s even easier. Plus building a sandwhich can go from putting the numbers together to a whole tasting experience. Just remember there are other people waiting and watching. Also Word to the wise don’t ask them to cut the sandwich. It’s an insult and the one who heats your sandwich will let you know it.

26/09/2025: Our apartment was very close to here and we went for something to eat and a snack. The food and drinks were very good; it's not like El Bulli, but it's not like a kebab either. The best part was the waiter, Miguel, super friendly and attentive to everything! I recommend it 100%.
