Sandrino In Bari

I love white hot chocolate; it seems impossible to find in Bari. I found it here today at Gelateria Sandrino, in Piazza Mercantile, and it's excellent. I recommend it to everyone. Kudos to Sonia, who is so kind, courteous, and beautiful. 😘🍀

On the advice of the manager, we had an excellent cappuccino with Nutella and spectacular brioches with black mousse and cream. Recommended for a moment of enjoyable escape.

Delicious crepes, prepared by Giovanna on Saint Nicholas Day. Despite the crowds, Giovanna took care of each customer's allergies, ensuring all the equipment used was clean. She also managed the wait times well, always being helpful, kind, and professional.

I visited the Sandrino ice cream shop in Piazza Ferrarese in Bari on St. Nicholas Day, December 6th. There were lots of people out and about for the lighting of the huge tree, a lot of bustle and deafening chatter. But what really struck me was the friendliness and kindness of the ice cream parlor staff throughout my visit to the many customers. Smiles and explanations were punctuated with kindness and reassurance. The chocolate crepe I ordered was delicious, as was the biscuit ice cream I got for my daughter, crunchy and tasty, as she "reviewed." We had a great time, congratulations to everyone, we will gladly return.
