We booked two nights on January 2, 2026. We were assigned a fantastic room with incredible views, a double-height dressing room, heating, and a fully equipped bathroom. All the reception and bar staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic, but what they had was good quality. I've seen places with a bit more variety, but everything was terrible. The location couldn't be better, and best of all, it was incredibly affordable. A perfect 10!

Very well located in the center of Venice. Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are in an old-fashioned style, or rather, they are decorated as they were when the hotel opened around 1870. Bathroom cleaning was very good, but room cleaning wasn't great. No view.

19/02/2026: I went there during Carnival and tried the Venetian frittella. Delicious.
18/02/2026: After a stroll around the Fenice Theater, I was happy to stop at this pastry shop and restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful and refined. Delicious fritters for €2.40.
