I stayed at this hotel from December 5th to 7th, 2025.
The location is central, very close to St. Mark's Square.
However, the rooms are a bit lacking; especially ours, Room 301, had a door handle missing. I sincerely hope you can improve.

Initially, we were placed in a room about 400 meters from the hotel entrance. This was completely impractical, as breakfast is served at the hotel. Furthermore, since we arrived on a rainy day, we had to drag our luggage from reception to this room – the receptionist offered no help. Be aware if you have to leave the hotel to go to this room. It's not worth it. We complained so much to the hotel that they magically brought us back to our original room. The location is central, the price is fair, but the breakfast is weak.

I just landed from Venice. I stayed at the Hotel San Zulian, and I was a little disappointed after reading some reviews, but I'm very happy after spending two nights there. The section I stayed in was new, with large, spacious, and bright rooms, new beds, and a fully equipped bathroom—everything was brand new. I would definitely return.

This hotel seems to have several properties in the area, and they take you to one or another depending on what suits them, even though you made a reservation at Antico Panada. I didn't like the breakfast at all; besides, you had to go outside to find another place to eat. The breakfast was very poor: toast in torn bags, no fruit, and very stale bread rolls. The only good thing about it was its location.

The value for money is unbeatable. It's located behind St. Mark's Square. Everything was spotless. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I were to return to Venice.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I booked a night at this hotel for the Venice Film Festival and had a great time. I had a very spacious, quiet room, and the style was reminiscent of the Renaissance.
