San Zulian In Venezia

Hotel is great, price is good, location good, rooms good, breakfast good. AC it's like the rest of the world that is not climate controlled America. Humidity is normal for an island.

Really great choice to stay in venice. The best location, really nice service and very clean rooms in a very adequate price. Loved the breakfast and the woman whos was giving us coffee! I will definitely come back here next time.

Après avoir cherché indéfiniment un restaurant avec une petite terrasse dans les rues de Venise, nous sommes tombés sur le menu de ce restaurant qui nous a fait de l’œil. Nous n’avons pas été déçu. Les pâtes sont très bonnes ainsi que la salade, je recommande fortement.

Super central hotel next to Plaza San Marco and close to very good restaurants. Very good treatment, breakfast included enough to energize you, and spacious and clean room. Good price. Advisable

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht ganz richtig. Ingesamt gute-mittelmäßige Küche für relativ viel Geld an einem ganz netten, aber nicht fantastischen Platz. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung.

WE HAVE BEEN FINE IN ADDITION TO THE BEAUTIFUL VENICE WHICH IS BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY CORNER, YOUR STRUCTURE WAS THE IZZ ON THE CAKE FOR A SHORT WEEKEND. A UNIQUE WELCOME. AWESOME KINDNESS. PERFECT CLEANLINESS. WE WERE WELL IN YOUR STRUCTURE WE OBSERVED THE BELL TOWER WE WERE ENCHANTED AND IN LOVE WITH THE CHURCH, THE DOMES OF THE BASILICA AND THE BELL TOWER OF ST. MARK'S SQUARE FOR THREE NIGHTS, THE HOTEL LOCATED REALLY A FEW STEPS FROM ST. THE ONLY NEGATIVE SIDE OF THE HOTEL ZULIAN, MAYBE BECAUSE I AM A DOC NEAPOLITAN.. IT IS THE COFFEE WHICH WAS NOT TO MY LIKE THANKS THANKS THANKS

Very well placed, but the bare minimum is served to customers. The rooms are not those on the site, staff without smiles and without communication....

Adequate for a couple nights. Biggest complaint was that there were mosquitoes flying around the room despite no windows being open. Middle of the night could hear them flying around my ear and paranoid that they’re biting me while sleeping (which did happen). AC worked fine no problem. Weirdest thing for us was we wanted to use the whirlpool tub but we couldn’t figure out how to plug it. Turns out you have to request a plug at the front desk which no one told us and then when I asked they didn’t have one available so we couldn’t take advantage. Also tried calling down on the phone but no one answered. Breakfast is ok if you want a little snack in the morning. Strange that they won’t put real numbers on the doors and instead these taped number tags. WiFi was weak in the rooms and tv cut out a lot

Very nice location but beware of the hotel being a bit dated with poor finishes. The staff is very kind and attentive.
