San Mattia Osteria Pizzeria Lounge Bar In Verona

Nice place with a view of Verona. Good, average food, with fairly high prices for both pizzas and other dishes. Quick and fairly efficient service. Not very good with aperitifs (I ordered a couple of Hugos, but they weren't a real Hugo). Overall, it's a pleasant place to go.

The pizzas were good, especially the dough, which was really good, but mine, which I'd chosen for the olive specialty, didn't have any more olives than a capricciosa, but despite everything, I was satisfied. The only flaw was the service. They forgot my pizza; in fact, by the time they brought it to me, everyone at my table had practically finished eating.

5 stars are too few for the quality, service, and location of San Mattia Osteria e Pizzeria! Compliments for the Special Pizza...highly recommended 🍕✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Good food and great view over Verona.

It was a wonderful dinner. If you ever find yourself in Verona, you can enjoy delicious food with wonderful people while taking in beautiful scenery.

A very nice location, especially with the pre-dinner aperitif in the room below. The waiters were very friendly, but the service was a bit slow, and the outside area was packed. We expected more generous portions. All in all, a good restaurant, but the portions aren't tavern-like.

Beautiful terrace overlooking the city, which I've known for many years. It used to be less refined, more down-to-earth. Now it's more elegant, but the prices are still fair.

Beautiful setting and good food, but the service was disappointing. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and the food was tasty. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, while the other dishes were good but unfortunately already lukewarm when served. The staff were friendly and polite, however the service was extremely slow. It felt like the restaurant was simply too busy and not able to handle the number of guests efficiently. We waited a long time for our food, and by the time it arrived some dishes had clearly been sitting for a while. Overall, a lovely place with good food and a great ambiance, but the service and organization need improvement, especially during busy periods.

The place is very nice with its large panoramic terrace, and I also liked the pizza; I found it tasty and light. Prices are above average but in line with the location and the offerings.
