Fantastic experience, very kind and knowledgeable chef owner, research into ingredients and excellent food, perfect and innovative food and wine pairings. It deserves at least one star. Compliments!

Very intimate location, in a side street of San Gimignano. Welcomed with courtesy and professionalism, we opted for the 7-course menu with matching wine pairing. Very well done Tuscan themed amuse bouche. Excellent bread service: really good flaky bread and tomato focaccia. Let's move on to the appetizers: scallop with aubergine in 3 processes and peach, calamari lampredotto with squid garum and green sauce, and finally red snapper meunière and friggitelli (WOW!!) As for the first courses, pepper and robiola risotto from Roccaverano and agnolotti stuffed with mussel cream and Vernaccia, truly excellent. As a second course we were served a pigeon Wellington with sausage, cuttlefish and squid ink sauce, nothing short of spectacular. As a last course: chocolate nest, ganache, brewer's yeast ice cream and eggnog, really well done. Congratulations to Letizia for the choice of wines and for the truly impeccable service, to the owner Ardit and to the chef Elvis for the choice of raw materials and their use. Well done everyone!

A truly beautiful evening in a stunning setting, within the walls of Sangimignano. In this restaurant I tried a new culinary experience, ingredients that blended together, wonderful flavors, I really recommend it to everyone. Excellent choice of wines and bubbles, The staff is really friendly, Professional. I'll be back.

Our favorite restaurant. San Martino 26 is not just a restaurant, every time you enter it is an experience, a journey into the best local food, Tuscan and beyond…. Each dish is studied down to the smallest detail by a trained and super professional staff. The service is top!! Muito caro e a comida não tinha nada de excepcional. Menu pequeno e a recepção não foi das melhores. Arrogancia ! As sobremesas eram fracas

One of the best dining experiences we have ever had. There is an amazing attention detail and the dishes were very unique.

A creative table with adorable and impeccable service! We had the 5-course tasting menu for dinner, everything was very well crafted and well presented, and the food and wine pairing was excellent! The room is very beautiful, and the staff was very attentive!

The owner welcomes you into his home, telling you about his concept through these superlative dishes designed and executed by his team, who I thank with all my heart here, not having been able to do it in person! You feel truly welcomed, pampered, comforted and almost understood! In my top three there are undoubtedly the 40 hour leavened bread, with a crunchy crust and masterful alveolation; the “precursor” of the dessert, with the lemon heart that really made me close my eyes; the pastry that revisits the Tuscan panettone! They stole my heart! But I highly recommend anyone to try this wonderful and well-deserved experience! For everything!

Ristorante in centro a San Gimignano molto accogliente, elegante, tavoli ben disposti, personale di sala impeccabile, accogliente e professionale. Pulizia ed apparecchiatura ricercata e di classe. Il top arriva con le portate. Io suggerisco il menù degustazione, dietro suggerimento della cucina (lasciatevi consigliare) con relativo accompagnamento dei vini. Indescrivibile la ricerca della qualità e della elaborazione...il risultato è una esperienza gustativa imperdibile. Vale il viaggio a San Gimignano solo per mangiare in questo ristorante e temo che presto crescerà con i prezzi a causa dei riconoscimenti che gli giungeranno.
