San Jacopino Trattoria Pizzeria In Firenze

Had a great time at this establishment, maybe because since I was one of the few the last customers and that made it a peaceful meal. The pizza was superb and it had a surprising level of spice I wasn't expecting from european food :D. Loved the flavours of sausage and nduja salami together. Also got the panna cotta dessert which was alright. Definitely recommend.

Great place, everything was very good and especially well priced. The service was a little cold, but probably due to the language barrier. I recommend it.

I tried the Margherita pizza — it was delicious, with a thin and tasty crust. The Gnocchi alla Burrata was okay, not bad, but not really my favorite. The Carpaccio pizza, however, was absolutely delicious — definitely the highlight of my meal! Overall, a great experience with quick service and a cozy atmosphere.

3 of us had dinner here one time while we were staying at a nearby AirBnB. Food was good. Customers seem to be mostly locals not tourists. Our waitress didn't speak English, but we managed to point at the menu and order. Our meals were delivered quickly. I got their boneless T-bone steak, Bistecca Florentina, which you order per 100 grams (3.5 oz) with a minimum of 500 grams (17 oz). I wish they had a smaller steak on the menu. We also got GNOCCHI ALLA BURRATA, gnocchi with burrata cheese and tomato sauce, and SCALOPPINA DI VITELLA AI PORCINI, veal scaloppine with porcini mushrooms, and a side of spinach. The average price with tax and tip was barely over 20 Euros/person. They are dog friendly (as you can see from the photo).

A beautiful restaurant and pizzeria with delicious food. A tip for those who want to eat pasta and other dishes is to go before 8:00/9:00 pm, because after this time the kitchen closes and they only serve pizzas and quicker, simpler dishes. The pizzas are typically Italian, with thin crust, super fresh ingredients and unusual flavors. Here, as in many places, they charge a corpeto (fee for use of cutlery, house water and napkins) of 2 euros per person. It is definitely worth a visit.

Esta es una simple trattoria. Sirven de todo, desde aperitivos hasta primeros y segundos platos (carne y pescado) y pizza y postres. Lo tienen todo. Buenos precios asequibles para las familias. Buena atención y amabilidad. No espero un lugar de lujo, pero la comida es buena!
