5 days in Catania, I get information for a tour of Etna with a stop in Randazzo. Small tour of the town, local people recommend this restaurant to me. Cozy environment, kind staff, a lot of time to bring me a simple salad, later I find out that the tomatoes were missing and they went to buy them. Meanwhile, the waiters take pity on me and bring me bread and oil. I go to the cash register to pay 24 euros for a salad, a glass of white wine and half a portion of cheese. A thousand thanks

The place to go in Randazzo. Good food, great atmosphere, nice people, nice building. No need to look elsewhere.

I would give this 10 stars if I could!! Absolutely delicious meal all around. Was my father’s birthday and he picked this place and am glad he did. Waitress did an excellent job recommending a red wine as well for a meal.

Always a joy to have a meal here! Standard of quality has never changed. The staff are lovely and the food was delicious! Don't miss the dessert, they are all absolutely delicious ☺️

I wanted great Sicilian food, and I sure found it here! The reception by the service team was incredibly warm, and the excellency of the service (in English) continued throughout the evening. The mixed starter was adjusted to my liking, and I was able to taste both the triangolini and the raviolini from the primi - both a delight, but my vote would be with the triangolini filled with potato and speck, in a sauce of tomato and ricotta goodness. Honestly, had there not been more to come, I would have just ordered another plate!
As mains, I tried the osso buco (the rabbit was unfortunately out) and a small Fiorentina: while I do usually like my osso buco a bit more fall-off-the-bone tender, I loved the taste of their version, and the steak was just stellar and perfectly cooked (despite the small size it was cooked rare as to my preference). The digestif after this feast was just as perfect: a Sicilian amaru that I will need to hunt down for my spirits collection!

Here you will find the typical local products of the land of Etna!
Hot and cold appetizers prepared in a homemade and genuine way, the first course based on wild asparagus is excellent (tending towards bitterness but perfectly balanced!). An unmissable dessert for me, the minicannoli are delicious 💪🏼😉
The wine list is excellent and long, with some local gems that cannot be found.

Salle et accueil agréables. Choisi les raviolinis frais et gouteux , puis le lapin ( coniglio) aux olives et câpres. Bien parfumé aussi, mais l'avant de la bestiole demande bien du travail et attention aux petits os!!

Locale molto carino, cucina casereccia veramente buona, ampia selezione di vino. Ottimo personale e molto pulito e curato il locale. Pasta e carne veramente buoni. Prezzo con 25€ /30€ mangi bene. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro
