I called to make a reservation, and despite the short notice, they seated us right away. The service was fast and attentive, very friendly and cheerful. The food was delicious, and the wine list was extensive. The local wine was equally good. I'll definitely be back. ☺

Exceptional lamb tortellini, delicious steak and chef went out their way to make vegan vegetable options. Enjoyed with fantastic wines, and coffee!

San Giorgio e il Drago is a charming restaurant located in the picturesque Piazza San Giorgio, in Randazzo. Since 1998, this family-run trattoria—run by Paola, Andrea, and their children—has been committed to traditional cuisine from the Etna, Nebrodi, and Alcantara regions, using local, fresh, seasonal ingredients and many homemade specialties, such as artisanal pasta, vegetables, both white and red meats, cheeses, and cured meats. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with renovated spaces that make it comfortable, a rustic decor with details that evoke the local atmosphere, and attentive service. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always willing to explain the dishes or recommend Sicilian wines. They also have a fairly extensive wine list, which adds value to the experience. Regarding value for money, guests often point out that the prices are fair for what they offer. Appetizers are around €10, first courses around €12, second courses around €13, and desserts around €5, which is fine considering the quality of the products, the homemade preparations, and the overall high standard.

We had a wonderful meal. The restaurant is one of the few that's open from 12:30 on Mondays. A beautiful, idyllic spot with excellent wines and delicious local dishes. Well worth it!

Very friendly staff and excellent food. I chose the tagliata, the tiramisu, and the parfait. Everything was truly delicious.
