Generous portions, quality food, and attentive customer service. They have vegan options, and they had absolutely no problem with our requests. The owners were very kind, the service impeccable. Angelo and the others at the ranch were also able to give us information on some places we wanted to visit for the day. Great atmosphere and views from the windows, very good value for money. We left with a smile on our faces.

Courteous and competent service, high-quality products, and super reasonable prices. We went for dinner as a couple...appetizers, first courses, and house wine...it sounds insignificant, but you have to be lucky enough to sit at that table.

The location is immersed in nature, quiet and well-kept, with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. The menu offers traditional dishes, prepared with very fresh and home-grown ingredients. Each course was an explosion of genuine flavors: rich appetizers, homemade first courses, second courses of tender and tasty meat, and delicious desserts. All accompanied by an excellent local wine. The staff was kind, helpful and very attentive, making us feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish. A place that combines the quality of the cuisine with the beauty of nature, perfect for those seeking authenticity and tranquility. We will definitely be back

After visiting the village of Savoia di Lucania and the Tuorno waterfalls, we trusted our instincts and had dinner at the “Salvia ranch”. Surrounded by greenery, it is a peculiar place because it hosts activities related to horse riding. The atmosphere is rustic and familiar, the service is impeccable and the menu is linked to the territory and typical dishes. The sign is nice, in the style of a Wild West saloon with a wooden table topped with bull horns, and the equestrian statue at the entrance. The cecatielli with cruschi peppers and toasted breadcrumbs are excellent; the pizza is tasty, generous in ingredients and crunchy; the grilled meat is well cooked.

Asini cavalli conigli caprette Cani e soprattutto la piccola mascotte La cagnolina kara Festosa e affettuosa Splendida giornata di relax con ottimo cibo. Ci torneremo presto
