Lo chef Marco e Angelo in sala un connubio perfetto,piatti della tradizione preparati con grande maestria . il peperone crusco la fa da padrone in questo locale e le costolette di agnello con una tagliata di vitello sono state accezionali per non parlare delle cortecce con mollica e crusco . prezzo piu'che onesto .rapporto qualita' /prezzo eccellente e divertimento per ragazzi con cavalli e due asinelli . Credetemi ne vale la pena passare una giornata spensierata e rilassante mangiando e bevendo benissimo.

Surrounded by greenery on the outskirts of Savoie, "Il Salvia ranch" was a beautiful gastronomic discovery. Marked by a far-west style sign, with bull horns and wooden table, it is introduced by a beautiful equestrian statue. The first courses are excellent, the pizza is light and tasty, and the Cruschi peppers live up to their fame. The environment is familiar, the staff was courteous and the quality/price ratio was right.

After a beautiful morning at the Tuorno waterfalls we went to this splendid restaurant located in the middle of nature. Traditional dishes revisited, excellent and plentiful. I haven't eaten so well and simply in a very long time. I loved the Bud and Terence callbacks!

Great food and atmosphere, excellent value. We had pasta with beans ‘pasta e fagioli’ it was excellent. The mixed grill of meat and their own fried potatoes was equally excellent. Very good house wine. For 5 people we paid less than €100. Definitely worth a visit

abbiamo trascorso il Ferragosto in famiglia ci aspettavamo di più da questa agriturismo soprattutto vedere i cavalli…. Locale piccolo ma accogliente e cucina tipicamente locale adatto a chi ama mangiare cibi tradizionali…. personale gentile peccato però che faceva troppo caldo in sala ed eravamo un po’ tutti sofferenti….

An exceptional dinner from all points of view, excellent quality of raw materials and traditional recipes in a simple and peaceful environment. Friendly but not formal service that puts you at ease, I hope to be able to return soon! The ranch is also gorgeous, as is the whole area.
