On vacation in Paroldo to reconnect with my Italian roots, we discovered this restaurant, which will remain one of the fondest memories of our stay in Piedmont.
The food, the service, the wine... everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back. Then, the day I speak Italian, I'll come back to share even more with the locals 🫶🏻

We had no idea what to expect, but we were completely surprised. Unique, delicious dishes included fresh rolls with cheese, pasta with nuts, and more, delicious ravioli, incredibly fine roast beef, and a stunning dessert. Complemented by excellent wine and very hospitable service. Just do it!

Prima volta che ci andavo.
Sono stata in questa trattoria tipica piemontese grazie ad un addio al nubilato.
Mi sono trovata benissimo. Abbiamo prenotato per un menù degustazione, servizio impeccabile, disponibile ad eventuali variazioni, carta dei vini eccellenti e in questo caso essendo in piena Langa si è ordinato un ottimo Barbera!
Aperitivo offerto dalla trattoria, eccellente. Primi molto buoni e tipici della zona come del resto gli antipasti.
Prezzo ottimo rispetto alla qualità offerta e al servizio avuto.

Trattoria molto carina, tenuta in modo impeccabile e gradevole. Il menù degustazione che abbiamo provato a cena è semplicemente fantastico, frutto della passione e dell' esperienza della cuoca! Le pietanze si susseguono in una alternanza di sapori di altri tempi, tradizione culinaria senza compromessi e materie prime di qualità. Un trionfo della cucina piemontese che ci ha lasciati più che soddisfatti e con il chiaro intento di tornarci presto!
