I didn't go to eat, but I think I will soon. We were there for a fair and the staff were very kind, even going there for just a coffee with the excuse of using the very clean bathrooms. Congratulations 👍👍

Excellent traditional dishes, good variety, excellent raw materials. Friendly and quick service, excellent quality/price ratio. Chosen tasting menu, aperitif with Alta Langa, local cured meats, stuffed puffballs alla toma, four starters, two first courses, second course, dessert.

This was, without a shred of doubt, the best culinary experience we've had in Italy, and among the top 10 worldwide! The quality, attention to details, and above all value for money is unbelievable.

Fantastic beautiful restaurant in Paroldo. We were here 2 years ago and again now. We were charged 90 euros for a 7 course lunch, an aperitif, a bottle of red wine, a bottle of water and coffee. A more than excellent price/quality ratio♥️

Ottimo il servizio e buona la scelta dei vini. La cucina sarà sicuramente genuina ma manca di un po' di spinta. Abbastanza dozzinale. Ricordavo meglio .

15/12/2024: I recommend everyone to go at least once to this beautiful and good restaurant where the courtesy and service are excellent. For now I have nothing to add other than to say that some people have changed but not the service which continues to be excellent.
10/12/2024: Sautéed radicchio and the various types of risotto are a cut above everything else. Courtesy and efficiency in welcoming and serving

03/01/2025: Great food and great service! If you pass through Serralunga you cannot avoid having lunch in this delightful restaurant, where you will be welcomed with great competence and professionalism. The dishes are truly exquisite and, between chats with Mrs. Elisa, you can enjoy fabulous landscapes. Highly recommended!
13/12/2024: Siamo da Fontana Giorgio ed Elisa con Albino il titolare. In un'ottima posizione sulla langa con un panorama fantastico. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia come ospitalità, sia come cucina e ottima carta dei vini... Bravi, è un arrivederci presto... Grazie
