Comedor moderno que sirve muy buena comida. Definitivamente vale la pena una visita. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra cena con vistas al río. Todo lo que comimos estaba delicioso. Me gustó especialmente la ensalada de calamares y sepia y a mi marido le encantaron los crespolini. También disfrutamos de nuestras pastas con mariscos.

The restaurant has a spectacular view so you can sit on the edge.
We expected more from the dishes given the price and reputation they carry. The service is pretty average.

La cena en Salvatore fue una de las mejores comidas de nuestro viaje! El restaurante era muy encantador y bien decorado. El servicio era de primera. Las recomendaciones de vino eran excelentes.
Nuestra comida era muy buena, perfectamente preparado, artful plateado. El mejor plato que comimos fueron los ñoquis, definitivamente los mejores ñoquis que he probado. También recomiendo el postre de limón.

We visited Salvatore for dinner and it was a wonderful experience. Very small menu, few options and descriptions that are not enchanting. However, it seems to be the standard on menus in the region. Although I was intending on pasta, I ended up opting for pork belly which was exceptional. The pork melted in the mouth and, together with the three creams and the leek that accompanied it, provided an explosion of flavors. Memorable. My husband opted for the Cacio e Pepe with truffles, which was very tasty. Highlight for the dough itself, very well crafted. Dessert was the highlight of the night: the tiramisu was divine!! Flavor, textures and delicacy in a very authentic interpretation of the famous Italian dessert. I recommend!!
