A great place for an aperitif. For €9, you get a drink (choose from Aperol, wine, beer, etc.) and a plate of fried food. The food was very good quality and had a large portion, perfect for hanging out with friends.

We ordered two sprizze with two small portions of mixed fried food, although they were excellent we didn't eat all the types served. At the checkout, with amazement, they wanted not to include in the bill a portion of extra olives that we had ordered, regretful for not having finished the two dishes. We believe that these are the right attention towards customers, Thank you

Excellent aperitif in an authentic place! I went to Salndosiria De' Ciompi to celebrate my graduation and I found exactly what I was looking for: a simple, well-kept place, with few seats and a relaxed atmosphere. The platter was plentiful and really good, with quality meats and cheeses. Excellent wine, fast and friendly service, honest prices. You eat well and feel good, without frills. A really nice place for a quiet aperitif in the heart of Florence. Highly recommended!

Tuvimos una deliciosa cena sin alboroto con buen vino en este encantador restaurante! La pasta y las salsas se hacen en casa. Teníamos pasta gilgli (en forma de lirio) con peposo (guiso de carne a la pimienta) y carbonara de espagueti. Pedimos una botella de vino que era genial - mucho mejor y más barato que el vino de la casa que se obtiene en otros establecimientos. ¡Esta es una gran, buena opción para los comensales hambrientos que les gusta comer temprano!

14/05/2025: Food and service were great. We got the cannelloni, wild boar pappardelle, florentine steak with spinach and potatoes and chicken cacciatore. The steak was really rare but I think that’s just how the Florentine steak is served.
03/05/2025: We didn’t have a reservation and they were fully booked out but because we got there at opening at 7pm the host gave us a table which wasn’t reserved until 8:45pm which was so nice and lots of time for us to eat our meal!! We ate right at the front of the restaurant which was a little too quiet. I think if we’d been more in the back the atmosphere would’ve been perfect. That being said it was beautiful and the gnocchi we had was incredible. The Florentine steak (even the portion for 1 was enough for 2) was good as well and the roasted potatoes were INSANE. I almost dropped to my knees they were so good. Overall a beautiful, more upscale place that I’d recommend to anyone - just book a reso!!
